Description of the Related Art In other countries, especially in the United States, organic waste such as food waste is hydrolyzed by a disposer in a kitchen sink and discharged directly to public sewers. Crushing with a disposer and discharging it into public sewage as it is exceeds the capacity of public sewage treatment facilities.

Due to the inconvenience of exchanging internal fillers in the month, and because it is not fully matured as it is, it does not become an organic fertilizer, and therefore incineration and disposal is endless.

From the disposer to the combined treatment tank-like septic tank. The transfer pipe of the above means the cost of cleaning the transfer pipe every few years due to the accumulation and accumulation of filth inside the transfer pipe, and to make the period as long as possible and to avoid the sedimentation and retention of the crushed organic waste in the transfer pipe. Therefore, a large amount of fresh water such as waterworks is used for the disposer, but still, the adhesion of food oil and fat causes the accumulation and accumulation of filth inside the transfer pipe, which causes a problem due to the narrowed inner diameter of the transfer pipe.

Change in the amount of input changes the humidity in the processing chamber and requires expert knowledge in the process of use. Even if used according to the instruction manual, odors are emitted, and since it is a complex odor, it is nearly impossible to deodorize. It has a deodorant device that can be installed at a reasonable price, and there are limits to the types of organic waste that can be input and processed. In contrast, the current situation is that the image of the organic waste processing machine for food waste and the like is down and many claims are generated.

Organic waste such as raw garbage is primarily filtered by the decomposition medium material in the organic substance decomposition treatment tank, and at the same time fermented and decomposed by the decomposition treatment agent added to the treatment tank, and the disposer crushed with the decomposition treatment agent mixed. Only water and water used for the reverse transportation of wastewater such as grease trap are released from the porous filtration wastewater wall of the organic matter decomposition treatment tank through the decomposition water separation tank to the drain pipe of the kitchen etc., and finally in the onshore facility. It is guided to the public sewer via the grease trap and is introduced into the sewage storage tank of ships, etc., and the wastewater from the organic matter decomposition treatment tank also has the effect of decomposing and cleaning the adhered substances in the drainage route, and crushing garbage. Fermentation decomposition in organic matter decomposition treatment tank without also discharging grain, was to eliminate the burden of public sewage treatment plants.

There is also chicken foot bones and beef pig bones, so if it is not possible to treat inorganic food waste, it cannot be said to be an organic matter decomposition processing machine for food waste. Therefore, in the case of these treatments, there are both the case where the treatment is carried out in the original form and the case where the treatment is carried out by crushing through the disposer and automatically disposing into the organic substance decomposition treatment tank by the disposer crushed substance transfer pipe.

At the same time, it also has the role of facilitating the fermentation decomposition by increasing the surface area per tangible organic waste weight by finely grinding the volume of organic waste such as original or crushed garbage by forced stirring, and the law of nature. The decomposition and extinction principle by the method is supported more smoothly, and at the same time, it is possible to prevent the clogging due to the friction of the opening hole of the porous filtration wastewater wall of the organic matter decomposition treatment tank by repeatedly stirring the stirring blade in the forward and reverse directions.

機。1. An organic substance decomposition processor body (1) is equipped with a crushed organic substance introduction pipe (2) and an original organic waste input port (3) to enable input of original organic waste, and an organic substance decomposition treatment tank. In (4), a plurality of stirring blades (6) with claws for stirring the organic waste (5) are attached to the stirring shaft (7) at regular intervals, and the stirring shaft (7) is used for the organic substance decomposition treatment tank (3). ) Is rotatably mounted by bearings mounted on the left and right processing tank walls (8) and (9). Left and right water leakage prevention seals (11) are provided on the left and right processing tank walls (8) and (9) of the stirring shaft (7) of the organic substance decomposition processing tank (4) loaded with the decomposition medium material (10).
(12) are attached respectively. For the purpose of promoting fermentation decomposition of organic waste (5) in organic matter decomposition treatment tank (4) and washing decomposed water after organic decomposition, used water is waste water such as fresh water, kitchen or seawater, or organic water decomposition treatment. The waste water circulating water supply pipe (1
3) is installed, but in order to reduce energy consumption and reduce the overall running cost by promoting reduction and purification of wastewater and improve the environment, the water source is a collective drainage basin such as a kitchen, a wastewater tank, and a wastewater storage tank such as a grease trap. Waste water is circulated and supplied into the organic substance decomposition treatment tank (4) by the waste water pump (15) and the waste water circulation water supply pipe (13) installed in the tank (14). Both the left and right sides of the organic matter decomposition treatment tank (4) or the left and right walls are perforated walls, and undecomposed tangible organic waste (5) does not leak out from the organic matter decomposition treatment tank (4) together with decomposed water. Similarly, the decomposed water of organic matter and the water supply from the waste water circulation water supply pipe (13) into the treatment tank are separated from undecomposed tangible organic matter,
A decomposition water separation tank (17) partitioned by a porous filtration drainage wall (16) is provided for discharging only the treated water to the outside of the organic matter decomposition treatment tank (4), and the decomposition water separation tank (17) is treated. A decomposed water drainage pipe (18) is attached to the walls (8) and (9) at a certain distance from the bottom to the inside of the tank with some decomposition water treatment.
Organic substance decomposition treatment tank (4) of organic substance decomposition treatment device main body (1)
A decomposition treatment agent addition device (19) into which a liquid or powder decomposition treatment agent is artificially or automatically added periodically is installed in the inside thereof to decompose organic waste and decompose fats and oils. The decomposition water mixed with the decomposition treatment agent (19) is connected from the organic substance decomposition treatment tank (4) through the decomposition treatment tank drain pipe (18) to the final drain pipe such as a kitchen, and the decomposition and cleaning function in the drain pipe is performed. At the same time, it is an object that promotes the cleaning function of the drainage storage tank (14). The agitation shaft (6), which is installed by penetrating either of the left and right processing tank walls (8) and (9) of the organic substance decomposition processing tank (4), is driven by the agitation driver (20) by various known power transmission devices. It is connected to the stirring shaft (7) and driven. It is connected and driven. As for the stirring control function, the rotation operation of the stirring blade (6) with a claw attached to the stirring shaft (7) is performed by the organic substance decomposition treatment tank (4).
In conjunction with circulating water supply such as kitchen wastewater, etc., the stirring operation is performed for forward rotation, reverse rotation and forward rotation for a certain period of time, and then stopped for a certain period of time, and thereafter this operation is repeated. In addition, in any common sense, the input amount of organic waste (5) is not absolutely constant every day, so in the case of the treatment of organic waste whose input reference amount changes daily, the input amount of organic waste is changed. If the input amount is less than the reference amount, shorten the stirring rotation time or stop for a fixed time if the stirring rotation time is extended or the fixed time is stopped for a certain time. It is possible to extend the time, and by changing the stirring time of the stirring shaft (7) in the organic substance decomposition treatment tank (4) automatically or manually, it is possible to set it on the electric control panel so as to perform appropriate stirring for the decomposition treatment. Therefore, one organic waste processing machine can handle each waste processing amount. Disposer (2) installed adjacent to the organic substance decomposition treatment tank (4) of the organic substance decomposition treatment device main body (1)
3) is attached, the disposer crushed material discharge pipe (24) with a trap penetrating the wall of the organic matter decomposition treatment tank (4) is connected, and the disposer organic matter inlet port (25) of the disposer (23) is Equipped with a disposer water supply pipe (26) for general purposes such as washing, adding a certain amount of water, and assisting the natural inflow of organic substances, and disposer to prevent scattering accidents when foreign matter is mixed in the disposer organic matter inlet rod (25). A wastewater or seawater utilization system configured with an opening / closing cover (27) for introducing crushed water and crushed material into the organic matter decomposition treatment tank (4) at the same time so that both original and crushed organic matter can be used. Wet organic waste fermentation decomposition processing machine.
