Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.検出器ケースとロッド状音響導波体を有してなり、導波体の一端には音響電 気変換器が設けられ、他方の端部には中空の共振器が設けられている超音波液面 検出器において、 前記の共振器の空間が外部媒体から隔てられており、 前記の検出器ケースがロッド状音響導波体の表面に、検出器の動作周波数にお いてロッド状音響導波体のロッド振動が最小となる領域に堅く且つ密封状態で固 定されており、そして該検出器ケースを外部ベースに固定するための固定手段を 備えている、 ことを特徴とする超音波液面検出器。 2.請求項1の検出器であって、前記の共振器の空間が外部媒体から、ロッド状 音響導波体に堅く且つ密封的に固定されたプレートによって隔てられており、こ のとき、プレートの厚さはW/12(ここで、Wは動作周波数におけるロッド状 音響導波体内での音波の波長である)より小さい、ことを特徴とする検出器。 3.請求項1の検出器であって、ケースがロッド状音響導波体の表面に固定され る領域が音響電気変換器からLの間隔の位置にあり、このとき、 W/4*[(2*k+1)=1/3]>L>W/4*[(2*k+1)−1/3], (ここで、Wは動作周波数におけるロッド状音響導波体内での音波の波長を示し 、kは自然数を示す) であることを特徴とする検出器。 4.請求項1の検出器であって、ロッド状音響導波体への固定位置における検出 器ケースの厚さがW/12(ここで、Wは動作周波数におけるロッド状音響導波 体内での音波の波長である)より小さいことを特徴とする検出器。 5.請求項1の検出器であって、検出器を外部ベースに固定する前記の固定手段 がねじ込み接合の形でなされることを特徴とする検出器。
