An etching (roughening for increasing the surface area) or forming (forming) a long aluminum foil is performed. Forming a dielectric oxide film layer on the surface of the etched aluminum foil) to form a roll by winding the electrode foil 20 produced by performing the treatment on a metal winding shaft 20a serving as a core material; It is. The electrode foil 20 wound in a roll like this has a width of about 500
It is composed by winding aluminum foil of up to 600 mm in units of several tens to several hundreds of meters.
Therefore, the packaging operation has to be performed using a forklift or the like.

No. 0 indicates that the treated surface of the electrode foil 20 is damaged and deteriorates in performance when it comes into direct contact with the inner surface of the wooden box 21 due to the etching or chemical conversion treatment.
It is necessary to wrap the wooden box 21 so that it does not directly contact the inner surface of the wooden box 21. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. A pair is provided on the inner surface of the box 21 so that the electrode foil 20 itself is packaged so as to float inside the wooden box 21. In the figure,
Reference numeral 23 denotes a pressing member for fixing a winding shaft 20a (not shown) mounted on the bearing portion 22 from above, and reference numeral 24 denotes an upper lid. The electrode foil 20 packaged in this manner is transported to domestic and overseas manufacturing companies that manufacture aluminum electrolytic capacitors using the same.

Despite the fact that the wooden box 21 cannot withstand a strong impact, it breaks down and damages the electrode foil 20, not only having a problem in reliability but also assembling and using the wooden box 21 after use. The wooden box 21, which requires a great deal of labor and time to disassemble it, squeezes costs, and is difficult to use repeatedly, is disposed of by means such as incineration after disassembly, resulting in waste of resources. However, there is a big problem that it goes against the recent problem of global environmental protection.
