断るとすぐに、また緊急派遣要員が電話に応対しない場
合は自動的に数秒後に次の緊急派遣要員へ転送される。
第三者が顧客又は緊急派遣要員間の電話応対に介入する
事なしに自動転送で手配できるため合理的にコストを削
減ししかも間違いをなくし対応ができる。

を伝えそのまま現地へ直行。受注不可を選択もしくは数
秒以内に応答しない場合には自動的に次の該当者へ転送
される。緊急派遣要員にはIDが発行されており受発注
確認システムにIDナンバーとパスワードを入力すると
その緊急派遣要員の売り上げグラフから売り上げ詳細一
覧表(日付、受注時間、完了時間、所要時間、売り上
げ、支払方法、決済日、顧客氏名と電話番号、工事希望
場所、依頼内容)をいつでも閲覧でき管理可能。依頼物
