Field of the Invention The present invention relates to, for example, a method in which a cover film is wound in a vacuum on a printed circuit board sheet which is wound intermittently at a predetermined interval. The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for continuously press-bonding two or more films, sheets, and the like under high vacuum, such as when bonding while completely degassing.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of laminating two or more sheets (or films) wound and wound on two or more drums and bonding them to each other, the sheet is sandwiched between two heater rollers, and the rotational pressure is applied. In general, a method of performing pressure bonding while degassing air remaining between sheets is used. With this method, it is possible to adhere tightly with flat sheets that have nothing on the sheet surface, but for example, in the case of bonding with a circuit board sheet with an uneven surface by etching, deaeration bonding is not possible If any air bubbles remain between the sheets, a non-adhered portion is generated, which causes problems such as oxidative corrosion due to residual air and disconnection of a circuit.

O-ring, lip packing or elastic rubber is attached to the receiving surface to form a vacuum compartment, and the sheet to be bonded is intermittently fed into the room when the shutter is raised. Close and sandwich the sheet at its lower end, evacuate the room with a vacuum pump,
There is also a method in which a sheet is heated and pressure-bonded by sliding down a piston rod such as an air cylinder which is fitted into a ceiling plate of a compartment in a highly airtight manner.

の問題があった。However, in this method, it is difficult to seal the vacuum around the shutter. If the sheet is strongly sandwiched by the shutter, the sheet is deformed. If the sheet is weakly sandwiched, it is difficult to evacuate the sheet, and the sheet surface is stained by grease or the like. further,
Since the shutter slides up and down constantly, the seal packing around the shutter is damaged or worn, so that a high vacuum cannot be easily obtained in the compartment, and the volume of the vacuum compartment is large, resulting in a high vacuum. However, there is a problem that a large vacuum pump is inevitably required and the equipment becomes expensive.

より説明する。That is, according to the present invention, a continuous printed circuit board sheet formed by forming printed circuit boards having an uneven circuit at predetermined intervals and wound in a roll shape, and a cover sheet covering the same are provided. As in the case of laminating,
When laminating a sheet having irregularities and another sheet, a super-elastic body such as silicon rubber or the like close to a gel so as to go around the lower surface of the cylindrical sliding frame or the upper surface of the pedestal at a position facing the lower surface. Or a combination of the pressure-contact member and an elastic O-ring or an elastic rod-shaped seal packing so as to go around the lower surface of the sliding frame or the upper surface of the pedestal at a position facing the slide frame. The sliding frame body is configured so that the outer peripheral surface of the pressing block that can move up and down freely by cylinder driving can be slid up and down densely by other cylinders. First, the sliding frame is lowered to the sheet to be joined, the above-mentioned pressure contact member is fixed to the upper surface of the sheet by pressure contact, and the compartment surrounding the part to be bonded is evacuated and completely degassed, and then the pressing block Descend We perform bonding by. Hereinafter, embodiments of the method and apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The upper end of each connecting rod 14 is fixed to the press-down plate 30, and the intermediate portion is fixed to the upper part of the sliding frame 10 by penetrating the upper heater plate 5 and the support plate 26. Accordingly, the sliding frame 10 slides up and down on the outer peripheral surface of the pressing block 6 via the connecting rod 14 by driving the pressing cylinder 28.

However, it is not possible to cope with a change in the size of the sheets to be bonded, and preparing such press-contact members having different sizes increases the cost for the mold and other costs.

The rubber packing 31 is tightly sandwiched between the lower press-contact member 16b and the lower press-contact member 16b on the upper surface of the base 7, and at the same time, a portion of the lower surface of the slide frame 10 other than the upper press-contact member 16a.
(In the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the packing 33) is fitted, and the fitting groove 33 is also filled with grease, so that it comes into close contact with the surface of the receiving base 7 facing the same.

When the frame 10 is pressed against the pedestal 7, the upper and lower pressing members 16a and 16b are gel-like superelastic bodies, which are crushed and escape in the direction of the packing 31 and also escape into the escape groove 35. At the same time, the rubber packing 31 itself is also strongly pressed and slightly extends in the direction of the upper pressure contact member 16a, so that the upper and lower members 16a and 16b come into close contact with the tips of the packing 31 (see FIGS. 13 to 14).

While completely removing or removing, the upper pressing cylinder 1 is operated to lower the pressing block 6 in the high-vacuum compartment 25, and the two sheets 2

Conventionally, as in the case of bonding a cover sheet, it has been extremely difficult to bond a sheet having irregularities with another sheet so as to completely remove air and leave no bubbles. In the present invention, a pressure contact member made of a superelastic body such as silicon rubber or the like close to a gel is attached so as to go around the lower surface of the cylindrical sliding frame body (or the upper surface of the receiving table at a position opposed thereto), or The member is combined with an O-ring or rod-shaped seal packing made of an elastic material such as rubber, and attached so as to make a round around the lower surface of the sliding frame (or the upper surface of the pedestal opposite to the sliding frame), and the sliding frame is driven by a cylinder. Up and down By freely Pushing block other cylinder an outer circumferential surface of be configured freely closely perpendicular sliding,
First, the sliding frame is lowered to the sheet to be bonded intermittently sent at a predetermined pitch onto the receiving table, and the pressing member is pressed and fixed to the upper surface of the sheet to surround the part to be bonded. Since the chamber is evacuated and completely evacuated, then the holding block is lowered to perform the bonding, so that the holding block and the sliding frame can achieve a highly airtight compartment with a small stroke. Thus, it is possible to bond the sheets under a high vacuum, and even if the sheet has irregularities, the bonding can be continuously performed with the bubbles completely removed.

Since the other parts are pressed against each other with a rubber seal packing, there is no fear of soiling the sheet even if vacuum sealing grease is used for the seal packing part.

Below the pressing block, a receiving table into which a continuous sheet to be bonded is intermittently fed to the upper surface is installed. Silicon rubber longer than the width of the sheet is provided on the front and rear lower surfaces of the sliding frame body in the sheet advancing direction. A rod-shaped upper pressure contact member made of a superelastic body such as that described above is attached, and the entire lower surface of the sliding frame is bent in a substantially U-shape so as to connect the pressure contact members.
A ring or one stick-shaped seal packing is attached,
When bonding a continuous sheet having irregularities such as a cover sheet for covering a continuous sheet in which a printed circuit board having a circuit configuration with irregularities is formed at predetermined intervals and another continuous sheet, When the sheet is synchronized and intermittently fed into the upper surface of the receiving table, the sliding frame body is first lowered by the pressing cylinder, and the upper surface of the sheet is pressed and fixed by the superelastic pressing member at the lower end thereof. An airtight compartment is formed by surrounding the sheet portion to be bonded on the table with the sliding frame and the lower surface of the upper pressing block, and then a receiving table and a sliding frame having an end facing the compartment. Alternatively, the pressure in the compartment is evacuated through a conduit formed in the pressing block, and the pressing block is lowered and pressed by the press cylinder after or at a predetermined vacuum pressure. Film, which comprises laminating a predetermined position of the sheet under high vacuum Te, vacuuming continuous bonding method such as a sheet.
