いた。2. Description of the Related Art Cleansing cosmetics, such as make-up removers, using an aqueous gel have been widely used in recent years because of their mild feeling of use. Behind this is the spread of make-up cosmetics with good makeup durability.
The act of removing makeup may be significantly increased compared to before, and even a slight stimulus of makeup removal may cause a serious stimulus due to the accumulation thereof. Conventionally, makeup removal is performed by adding a diluted aqueous solution of a surfactant to cotton, etc., and using a slight solvent effect and physical transfer effect to remove makeup. The makeup cosmetic was dropped by the solvent effect of the oil of the oil-based cleansing cosmetic. Aqueous gel make-up removal systems currently used usually use aqueous gels of salts of carboxyvinyl polymers containing nonionic surfactants,
In such a system, the effect of removing the makeup cosmetic is superior to that of the solution type in the case of a lotion type, but it is inferior to oily cleansing cosmetics, and the feeling of use is richer than that of the type. Yes, it was not as greasy as oily cleansing, it was an intermediate feel between them. Against such a background, in the case of a cleansing cosmetic of an aqueous gel preparation, development of a technique for improving the cleansing power while maintaining or improving the feeling of use has been desired.

Had not been. This is because such powders have a remarkable water swelling property, so that when a solvent for granulation is added, they become gel beads and do not become granules or fine granules. This was because it was difficult. Therefore, it has not been known at all that such a granulated product of the water-swellable powder is contained in cosmetics, and that the cosmetics contained therein are excellent in both usability and cleansing effect.

Here, the water-swellable polymer referred to in the present invention means a polymer that swells with moisture, and the swelling is such that the volume after water swelling is 5 times the volume in a non-aqueous state. It means a polymer as described above, and specific examples include a graft polymer of a polysaccharide and acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, or a salt thereof.
Such a graft polymer can be synthesized according to a conventional method such as, for example, converting a carboxylic acid of polyacrylic acid into an acid chloride with a halogen agent such as thionyl chloride, and condensing this with a polysaccharide in the presence of a base. Yes, such a commercial product can be used. As a commercially available water-swellable polymer, it is commercially available from Sanyo Chemical Industries, Ltd. under the trade name of “Sunfresh ST-100SP”.
Particularly preferred is a starch / sodium acrylate graft polymer. In such granulation, in addition to the water-swellable polymer, an optional component used in ordinary granules can be contained. Such optional ingredients include, for example, excipients such as starch, talc, silica,
Examples thereof include binders such as hydroxypropylcellulose and methylcellulose, and coloring agents such as yellow No. 404 and blue No. 401, iron oxide, and titanium dioxide. In the granulated product of the present invention, since the water-swellable polymer swells remarkably due to moisture, it is preferable to perform granulation using a binder soluble in a non-aqueous solvent. Propyl cellulose is particularly preferred. A preferred example of the non-aqueous solvent in which this is dissolved is ethanol. Further, when the granulated composition of the present invention is contained in a cleansing cosmetic or the like as described below, if a coloring agent is contained in the granulated composition, the granulated composition in the cosmetic is prepared. Swells and produces a colored transparent polka dot pattern, which has the secondary effect of making the appearance extremely beautiful. Therefore, it is preferable to include such a coloring agent. Furthermore, in such a case, if a powder that adsorbs dirt such as silica is contained as an excipient,
Such a powder is preferable because it can contain the adsorptivity of the powder without being damaged by solvent wetting. The preferred content of the water-swellable polymer in the granulated composition of the present invention is from 30 to 99.
%, More preferably 40 to 99% by weight. Also, what is the preferred content of the binder? 0.1-1% by weight
The preferred content of the excipient is 60% by weight or less. The granulated composition of the present invention can be produced by treating the above components according to a conventional method. That is, the above-mentioned components are mixed, a non-aqueous solvent or the like is added, and a fluidized bed or a tumbling bed is granulated, and this is blown and dried. Goods and none,
After that, extrusion granulation, rounding with a marmellaizer, etc., and granulation can also be carried out by charging components other than the binder into a fluidized bed granulator, and spraying a nonaqueous solvent solution of the binder to perform fluidized bed granulation. , And can be manufactured by air drying.

あるからである。(2) Cosmetic of the Present Invention The cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by containing the above-mentioned granulated composition. As described above, the cosmetic of the present invention has a feeling of use and a cleansing effect that is suitable for cleansing cosmetics. Therefore, it is particularly preferable to apply the cosmetic to cleansing cosmetics. Since it has suitable properties, application to cosmetics other than cleansing cosmetics also belongs to the technical scope of the present invention. Such comfort during use is due to the non-uniformity of the composition of the cosmetic comprising the granulated composition of the present invention and the cosmetic composition in which the granulated composition is dispersed. That is, the properties of the swollen portion and the surrounding portion are different from each other, and such a difference fluctuates when applying the granulated composition to the swollen portion and the surrounding portion, thereby creating comfort. In order to exhibit such properties, it is necessary that the cosmetic composition, which is the dispersion medium of the granulated composition, is a water-containing composition, which can be said to be a component of the cosmetic of the present invention. In the cosmetic of the present invention,
The preferred content of these granulated compositions is 0.05 to 5% by weight, more preferably 0 to 5% by weight, based on the total amount of the cosmetic, that is, the weight of the cosmetic after the granulated composition is contained. .
1 to 1% by weight. This is because if the amount is too large, the preferable non-uniformity of the preparation may be impaired, and if the amount is too small, a favorable effect such as a cleansing effect may not be obtained.

Examples of such a gel preparation include an aqueous gel preparation formed by a salt of a carboxyvinyl polymer, and an acrylic gel. Aqueous gel preparations made from copolymers containing acid or methacrylic acid and their long-chain alkyl esters as constituent monomers can be preferably exemplified. Of course, a small amount of an oily component can be added to these systems to use as an emulsion formulation within a range that does not impair the good feeling of use and the cleansing effect, which are features of the cosmetic of the present invention. It is particularly preferable to apply the composition to a transparent gel from the viewpoint of beauty. Salts of these copolymers include alkali metal salts such as sodium and potassium, alkaline earth metal salts such as calcium and magnesium, ammonium salts, organic amine salts such as triethanolamine and triethylamine, and bases such as arginine and lysine. Preferred are amino acid salts. In such a case, an ether bond such as dipropylene glycol is used as a component for improving cleansing power.
Polyhydric alcohols containing up to three, diglycerin tetraolate, polyoxyethylene coconut oil fatty acid glyceryl, polyoxyethylene (caprylic / capric acid) glyceryl, polyoxyethylene glyceryl isostearate, polyoxyethylene glyceryl triisostearate, etc. It is preferable to contain oils and fats having a solvent effect of the above. The preferred content of each is 1 to 30% by weight.
And more preferably 5 to 25% by weight. This is because an excellent cleansing effect can be imparted when the amount is in such a range.
