- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリエポキシド樹脂と、 硬化剤と、 複数の微小球とを含み、前記微小球、前記ポリエポキシド樹脂、および前記硬 化剤と、それらの相対的量が、硬化時に前記組成物が基材と半構造接着を形成す ることができ、さらに前記基材からきれいに熱的に除去可能となるように選択さ れる、熱硬化性接着剤組成物。 2.硬化時に、前記組成物が使用温度の上限より高温で初期剥離接着強度の約 35%以下の保持率を示す請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.硬化時に、前記組成物が使用温度の上限より高温で初期剥離接着強度の約 20%以下の保持率を示す請求項1に記載の組成物。 4.硬化時に、前記組成物の、研磨したフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材上 において室温で測定した剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/cmを示す請求 項1に記載の組成物。 5.硬化時に、前記組成物の、研磨したフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材上 において室温で測定した剥離接着強度が少なくとも約10.5N/cmを示す請 求項1に記載の組成物。 6.硬化時に、前記組成物の、ポリカーボネート基材上において室温で測定し た剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/cmを示す請求項1に記載の組成物。 7.硬化時に、前記組成物の、ポリカーボネート基材上において室温で測定し た剥離接着強度が少なくとも約10.5N/cmを示す請求項1に記載の組成物 。 8.硬化時に、前記組成物の、研磨したフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材上 において室温で測定した剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/c mを示し、使用温度の上限より高温において初期剥離接着強度の約35%以下の 保持率を示す請求項1に記載の組成物。 9.難燃剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 10.20重量%以下の難燃剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 11.硬化時に、前記組成物が、約50℃より高温において初期剥離接着強度 の約35%以下の保持率を示す請求項1に記載の組成物。 12.硬化時に、前記使用温度の上限より少なくとも約15℃高温において初 期剥離接着強度の約35%以下の保持率を示す請求項1に記載の組成物。 13.前記ポリエポキシド樹脂重量と前記微小球重量との比が約70:30〜 約35:65の間である請求項1に記載の組成物。 14.前記組成物が室温より高温で硬化する請求項1に記載の組成物。 15.前記組成物が室温付近から約200℃の間で硬化する請求項1に記載の 組成物。 16.前記微小球が粘着性微小球を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 17.前記微小球が中実微小球を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 18.前記微小球が中空微小球を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 19.前記微小球が不粘着性微小球を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 20.前記微小球が粘着性中実微小球を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 21.前記微小球が約1μm〜約20μmの間の平均直径を有する請求項1に 記載の組成物。 22.前記微小球がイソオクチルアクリレート、アクリル酸、およびポリ(エ チレンオキシド)アクリレートの反応生成物を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 23.前記組成物が水に分散されている請求項1に記載の組成物。 24.前記組成物が硬化前に不粘着性である請求項1に記載の組成物。 25.前記硬化剤が熱活性化硬化剤を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 26.前記硬化剤が光分解活性化硬化剤を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 27.前記硬化剤がエポキシ単独重合触媒と付加硬化剤との混合物を含む請求 項1に記載の組成物。 28.前記触媒が、三級アミン類、イミダゾール類、イミダゾール類の置換誘 導体、およびそれらの組み合わせからなるグループより選択される請求項27に 記載の組成物。 29.硬化時に、前記組成物がフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材と半構造接 着を形成することができる請求項1に記載の組成物。 30.約35〜約70重量部の間のポリエポキシド樹脂と、 硬化剤と 約30〜約65重量部の微小球と、を含む熱硬化性接着剤組成物であり、前記 組成物が硬化時に、基材と半構造接着を形成することができ、さらに前記基材か らきれいに熱的に除去可能となる熱硬化性接着剤組成物。 31.硬化時に、前記組成物の、ポリカーボネート基材上において室温で測定 した剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/cmを示し、使用温度の上限より高 温において初期剥離接着強度の約35%以下の保持率を示す請求項30に記載の 組成物。 32.ポリエポキシド樹脂と、 硬化剤と、 複数の微小球とを含み、前記微小球、前記ポリエポキシド樹脂、および前記硬 化剤と、それらの相対的量が、硬化時に、前記組成物が半構造接着を形成するこ とができ、さらにきれいに熱的に除去可能となるように選択される、熱硬化性接 着剤組成物が少なくとも一部に設けられた面を有する基材を含む物品。 33.硬化時に、前記組成物が、使用温度の上限より高温において初期剥離接 着強度の約20%以下の保持率を示す請求項32に記載の物品。 34.硬化時に、前記組成物の、フェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材上におい て室温で測定した剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/cmを示し、使用温度 の上限より高温において初期剥離接着強度の約35%以下の保持率を示す請求項 32に記載の物品。 35.前記基材が剥離ライナーを含む請求項32に記載の物品。 36.前記接着剤組成物と接触する第2基材をさらに含む請求項32に記載の 物品。 37.前記第1基材がより硬質な基材であり前記第2基材がより可撓性の基材 である請求項36に記載の物品。 38.前記第2基材がフィルムを含む請求項36に記載の物品。 39.前記ポリエポキシド樹脂の重量と前記微小球の重量との比が約70:3 0〜約35:65の間である請求項32に記載の物品。 40.硬化時に、前記組成物が、フェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材と半構造 接着を形成することができる請求項32に記載の物品。 41.ポリエポキシド樹脂と、 硬化剤と、 複数の微小球とを含み、前記微小球、前記ポリエポキシド樹脂、および前記硬 化剤と、それらの相対的量が、硬化時に、前記組成物が前記基材と半構造接着を 形成することができ、さらに前記基材からきれいに熱的に除去可能となるように 選択される、熱硬化性接着剤組成物が少なくとも一部に設けられた面を有する基 材を含む物品。 42.ポリエポキシド樹脂と、 硬化剤と、 複数の微小球とを含み、前記微小球、前記ポリエポキシド樹脂、および前記硬 化剤と、それらの相対的量が、硬化時に、前記組成物が基材と半構造接着を形成 することができ、さらに前記基材からきれいに熱的に除去可 能となるように選択される、熱硬化性接着剤組成物を基材の少なくとも一部に設 けることを含む物品の作製方法。 43.前記組成物を第2基材と接触させることをさらに含む請求項42に記載 の方法。 44.前記第2基材がより可撓性の基材であり前記第1基材がより硬質な基材 である請求項43に記載の方法。 45.前記組成物を硬化させることをさらに含む請求項42に記載の方法。 46.硬化時に、前記組成物が、使用温度の上限より高温において初期剥離接 着強度の約20%以下の保持率を示す請求項42に記載の方法。 47.硬化時に、前記組成物の、室温で測定したフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊 維基材上の剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/cmを示し、使用温度の上限 より高温において初期剥離接着強度の約35%以下の保持率を示す請求項42に 記載の方法。 48.前記ポリエポキシド樹脂の重量と前記微小球の重量との比が約70:3 0〜約35:65の間である請求項42に記載の方法。 49.難燃剤をさらに含む請求項42に記載の方法。 50.硬化時に、前記組成物がフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材と半構造接 着を形成することができる請求項42に記載の方法。 51.接着性物品の作製方法であり、前記方法が、 ポリエポキシド樹脂と、 硬化剤と、 複数の微小球とを含み、前記微小球、前記ポリエポキシド樹脂、および前記硬 化剤と、それらの相対的量が、硬化時に、前記組成物が基材と半構造接着を形成 することができ、さらに前記基材からきれいに熱的に除去可能となるように選択 される、熱硬化性接着剤組成物を含む物品と表面を接触させ、 前記組成物を前記組成物を硬化させるために十分な温度まで加熱することを含 む接着性物品の作製方法。 52.前記組成物の加熱前に基材と前記組成物とを接触させることをさらに含 む請求項51に記載の方法。 53.硬化時に、前記組成物の、室温で測定したフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊 維基材上の剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/cmを示し、使用温度の上限 より高温において初期剥離接着強度の約35%以下の保持率を示す請求項51に 記載の方法。 54.第1基材と、第2基材と、前記第1および前記第2基材との間に配置し た硬化させた熱硬化性接着剤組成物とを含み、前記硬化させた組成物が前記基材 間で半構造接着を形成し、前記硬化させた組成物が架橋したポリエポキシド樹脂 と複数の微小球とを含む、物品を前記組成物の使用温度より高温に加熱して、 前記基材の一方から前記組成物をきれいに除去することを含む、表面からの物 品の除去方法。 55.前記組成物の、室温で測定した剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/ cmを示し、使用温度の上限より高温において初期剥離接着強度の約35%以下 の保持率を示す請求項54に記載の方法。 56.熱硬化性接着剤組成物の作製方法であり、複数の微小球を混入すること できれいに熱的に除去可能となり、硬化させることで前記組成物が基材と半構造 接着を形成することができる熱硬化性接着剤組成物の作製方法。 57.硬化時に、前記組成物が、使用温度の上限より高温において初期剥離接 着強度の約20%以下の保持率を示す請求項56に記載の方法。 58.前記組成物がポリエポキシド樹脂と、硬化剤と、複数の微小球とを含む 請求項56に記載の方法。 59.硬化時に、前記組成物の、研磨したフェノール樹脂含浸ガラス繊維基材 上において室温で測定した剥離接着強度が少なくとも約3.5N/cmを示し、 使用温度の上限より高温において初期剥離接着強度の約35%以下の保持率を示 す請求項56に記載の方法。 60.硬化剤を基材上に設け、 前記硬化剤を、ポリエポキシド樹脂と複数の微小球とを含む組成物を接触させ ることを含む物品の作製方法であって、前記硬化剤、前記ポリエポキシド樹脂、 および前記微小球と、それらの相対的量が、前記基材と半構造接着を形成するこ とができ、さらに使用温度より高温で前記基材からきれいに熱的に除去可能であ る熱硬化性接着剤組成物を提供するように選択される、物品の作製方法。
