Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無線周波数帯域幅で第一のセットの中間速度チャネル上で該中間速度通信 のセットを送信するための第一の信号処理手段、および、 前記無線周波数帯域幅で第二のセットの中間速度チャネル上で高速度通信 を送信するための第2の信号処理手段であって、前記第二のセットの中間速度チ ャネルは前記第一のセットの中間速度チャネルに直交する第2の信号処理手段、 とを具備する、符号分割多重アクセス無線周波数信号処理を使用する一セ ットの中間速度通信と関連して高速度通信を実施するための電気通信システム。 2.前記第一のセットの中間速度チャネルは、第一のセットのチャネル符号に より定義され、及び前記第二のセットの中間速度チャネルは第二のセットのチャ ネル符合により定義され、及び 該高速度通信は、前記第二のセットのチャネル符号の均一に間隔をおいた 部分集合上で送信される、 請求項1に記載の電気通信システム。 3.前記第一の信号処理手段は、さらに、対応する一セットの長チャネル符号 を使用して前記セットの中間速度チャネルを発生し、及び 前記第二の信号処理手段は、さらに、短チャネル符号を有する高速度チャ ネルを発生する、 請求項1に記載の電気通信システム。 4.一セットの高速度符号シンボルを具備し、及び 各高速度符号シンボルは、前記短チャネル符号のインスタンスで変調され る、 請求項3に記載の電気通信システム。 5.前記第一のセットのチャネル符号及び前記第二のセットのチャネル符号は 、64シンボル・ウォルシュ符号である、 請求項1に記載された電気通信システム。 6.前記第二のセットの中間速度チャネルの他の部分集合を使用して第二のセ ットの中間通信を送信するための第三の信号処理手段、 を更に具備する請求項2に記載の電気通信システム。 7.前記第一のセットの中間速度チャネルは、同相のチャネルにおいて送信さ れ、及び 前記第二のセットの中間速度チャネルは、直角−位相のチャネルにおいて 送信される、 請求項1に記載の電気通信システム。 8.前記第一の信号処理手段は、さらに 前記第一のセットの中間速度チャネルに応答して加算されたデータを発生 するための加算器、 前記加算されたデータに応答して第一の拡散データを発生するための第一 の拡散器手段、及び 前記高速度チャネルに応答して、第二の拡散データを発生するための第二 の拡散器手段、 とを具備する請求項3に記載の電気通信システム。 9. 前記加算されたデータに応答して第一の同相の拡散データを発生するた めの第一の同相拡散器手段、 前記高速度チャネルに応答して、第一の直角-位相の拡散データを発生さ せるための第一の直角位相拡散器手段、 前記高速度チャネルに応答して、第二の同相の拡散データを発生するため の第二の同相拡散器手段、 前記高速度チャネルに応答して、第二の直角−位相の拡散データを発生す るための第二の直角−位相拡散器手段、及び 前記第一の同相の拡散データと前記第二の直角−位相の拡散データの負の インスタンスとに応答して、同相のタームを発生するための第一の加算器手段、 及び 前記第一の直角−位相の拡散データと前記第二の同相の拡散データとに応 答して、直角−位相のタームを発生するための第二の加算器手段、 とをさらに具備している請求項3に記載の電気通信システム。 10.前記同相のタームを変調するための同相の搬送波発生器、及び 前記直角-位相のタームを変調するための直角−位相の搬送波発生器、 をさらに具備している請求項9に記載された電気通信システム。 11.a)一セットの長ウォルシュ符号を使用して一セットのチャネルを発生す る、 b)短ウォルシュ符号を使用して高速度チャネルを発生する、 c)第一の搬送波を介して前記セットのチャネルを送信する、及び、 d)前記第一の搬送波に直交する第二の搬送波を介して前記高速度チャネ ルを送信する、 工程を具備する無線周波数信号を使用してデータを送信する方法。 12.同相の擬似ランダム・ノイズ符号及び同相の搬送波とで前記セットのチャ ネルの第一のインスタンスを変調する、 直角−位相の疑似ランダムノイズ符号、及び直角−位相の搬送波とで前記 セットのチャネルの第二のインスタンスを変調する、および、 前記セットのチャネルの前記第一のインスタンスを、前記セットのチャネ ルの第二のインスタンスと加算する、 工程をさらに具備する請求項11に記載の方法。 13.同相の擬似ランダム・ノイズ符号、及び同相の搬送波で前記高速度チャネ ルの第一のインスタンスを変調する、 直角−位相の疑似ランダムノイズ符号及び直角−位相の搬送波で前記高速 度チャネルの第二のインスタンスを変調する、 前記高速度チャネルの前記第二のインスタンスを逆変換する、及び 前記高速度チャネルの前記第二のインスタンスで前記高速度チャネルの前 記インスタンスを加算する、 工程をさらに具備している請求項12に記載の方法。 14.前記セットのチャネルからのひとつのチャネル上でパイロット・データを 送信する工程をさらに具備する請求項11に記載された方法。 15.前記セットのチャネルが、パイロットチャネル、同調チャネル及び追尾チ ャネルとを具備する請求項10に記載された電気通信システム。 16.前記短符号が、一セットの均一に間隔をおかれた長ウォルシュ符号を占め ている、請求項11に記載の方法。 17.前記長ウォルシュ符号が64ウォルシュ・シンボルを具備する、請求項1 0に記載の電気通信システム。 18.一セットの中間速度チャネルを発生するための第一のチャネル発生システ ム、及び 該セットの中間速度チャネルに直交する高速度チャネルを発生するための 第二のチャネル発生システム、 を具備する符号分割多重アクセス無線周波数信号上でデータを送信するた めの電気通信システム。 19.前記第一のチャネル発生システムは、一セットの長チャネル符号変調器を 具備している、請求項18に記載された電気通信システム。 20.前記第二のチャネル発生システムは、短チャネル符号変調器を具備する、 請求項19に記載された電気通信システム。 21.前記第二のチャネル発生システムは、一セットの均一に間隔をおいた長符 号チャネルを介してデータを送信するための手段を具備する、 請求項18に記載された電気通信システム。 22.a)多重チャネル・ターム、及び高速度タームを有する複素数データ源を 発生する、 b)同相ターム、及び直角−位相タームを有する複素数拡散符号を発生す る、 c)複素数データ源と、実数項及び虚数項をもたらしている前記複素数拡 散符号とを複素乗算する、 d)同相の搬送波で前記実数項を変調する、および、 e)直角−位相の搬送波で前記虚数項を変調する、 工程を備えた、直接シーケンス・スペクトラム拡散信号処理を使用して多 重チャネル通信システムを操作するための方法。 23.上記工程a)は、 a.1)一セットの中間速度データ源、及び一セットの長チャネル符号に応 答して、一セットの中間速度チャネルを発生する、 a.2)前記セットの中間速度チャネルを加算することにより、前記多重 チャネル・タームを発生する、及び a.3)高速度データ源、及び短チャネル符号とに応答して、高速度チャネ ルを発生する、 工程を具備する請求項22に記載された方法。 24.上記工程a.1)は、前記セットのチャネル符号で前記セットの中間速度デ ータ源を変調する工程を具備する、請求項23に記載の方法。 25.前記セットの中間速度チャネル、及び前記高速度チャネルの振幅を調整す る工程をさらに具備する請求項23に記載された方法。 26.上記工程a.3)は、一セットの中間速度チャネル上で前記高速度データを 送信する工程を具備する、請求項23に記載された方法。 27.上記工程a.3)は、 第二のセットの中間速度チャネル、及び第二のセットの長チャネル符号と に応答して、第二のセットの中間速度チャネルを発生する、及び 前記高速度チャネルで前記第二の中間速度チャネルを加算する、 工程をさらに具備する、請求項23に記載の方法。 28.第一のユーザ・データに応答して、第一のチャネル・データを発生するた めの第一の長チャネル符号変調器、 第二のユーザ・データに応答して、第二のチャネル・データを発生するた めの第一の短チャネル符号変調器、 前記第一のチャネルデータに応答して、第一の同相のデータを発生するた めの第一の同相拡散器、 前記第二チャネルデータに応答して、第二の同相データを発生するための 第二の同相拡散器、 前記第一のユーザーデータに応答して、第一の直角−位相のデータを発生 するための第一の直角−位相拡散器、 第二のユーザーデータに応答して、第二の直角−位相のデータを発生する ための第二の直角−位相拡散器、 前記第一の同相データと前記第二の直角−位相ユーザデータの逆変換され たインスタンスとに応答して、同相のタームを発生するための第一の加算器、 前記第一の直角−位相データと前記第二の同相データとに応答して、直角 −位相タームを発生するための第二の加算器、 前記第一のタームに応答して、同相の信号を発生させるための同相の搬送 波正弦曲線変調器、 前記第二のタームに応答して、直角-位相信号を発生するための直角-位相 の搬送波正弦曲線変調器、及び 前記同相の信号と前記直角-位相の信号とを累算するための加算器、 を具備するダイレクト・シーケンス・スペクトラム拡散通信システム。 29.前記第一のチャネルが前記第二のチャネルよりも低いデータ速度を有する 、請求項28に記載されたシステム。 30.a)同相の一セットの中間速度チャネルを発生する、 b)直角−位相のセットの中間速度チャネルを発生する、 c)前記同相のセットの中間速度チャネル上で前記セットの高データ速度チ ャネルを送信する、及び d)前記直角−位相のセットの中間速度チャネルの部分集合上で前記高速 度通信を送信する、 工程を具備している、符号分割多重アクセス処理を使用して一セットの中 間速度通信との関連において、高データ速度チャネルを送信するため方法。 31.前記部分集合が、一セットの均一に間隔をおかれたウォルシュ・チャネル を具備する、請求項30に記載の方法。 32.前記工程a)が、 一セットの長チャネル符号で、前記一セットの中間速度通信を変調するこ とによって、前記一セットのチャネルを発生する、 加算データを産している前記一セットのチャネルを加算する、 前記加算データと同相の拡散符号とに応答して、同相の拡散データを発生 する、 前記加算されたデータと直角−位相の拡散符号とに応答して、直角−位相 の拡散データを発生する、 同相の信号を産するため同相の搬送波で前記同相の拡散データを変調する 、 直角-位相の信号を産するため直角位相の搬送波で前記直角-位相の拡散デ ータを変調する、及び 前記同相の信号と前記直角−位相の信号とを加算する、 工程を具備する請求項30に記載された方法。 33.上記工程b)が、 短チャネル符号で前記高速度通信を変調することによって、前記高速度チ ャネルを発生する、 前記高速度チャネルと前記同相の拡散符号とに応答して、高速度同相の拡 散データを発生する、 前記高速度データと直角-位相の拡散符号とに応答して、速度直角-位相の 拡散データを発生する、 高速度直角-位相の信号を産するため直角-位相の搬送波で前記高速度同相 の拡散データを変調する、 高速度同位相の信号を産するため同位相の搬送波で、前記高速度直角−位 相の拡散データの逆変換されたインスタンスを変調する、及び 前記高速度同相の信号と前記高速度直角−位相の信号とを加算する、 工程を具備した請求項30に記載された方法。 34.上記工程a)は、 a.1)一セットのチャネル符号を使用して前記セットの中間速度通信を変 調する、 a.2)加算データ産するため前記セットのチャネル符号を加算する、 a.3)第一のセットの搬送波正弦曲線で前記加算データを変調する、工程 を具備し、 上記工程b)は、 b.1)前記高速度チャネルを産するため短チャネル符号で前記高速度チャ ネルを変調する、及び b.2)前記第一のセットの搬送波正弦曲線と位相が90度外れている第二 のセットの搬送波正弦曲線で前記高速度チャネルを変調する、 工程を具備する、 請求項30に記載された方法。 35.前記短チャネル符号は、2つのウォルシュ・シンボルを具備し、 前記長チャネル符号は、64のウォルシュ・シンボルを具備している請求 項34に記載された方法。
