Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記の(a)〜(e): (a)配列番号1〜14および57〜60、 (b)TがUでありうる配列番号1〜14および57〜60、 (c)配列番号1〜14および57〜60に相補的であるポリヌクレオチド配 列、 (d)配列番号15〜28および61〜64に示すアミノ酸配列をコードする ポリヌクレオチド配列、ならびに (e)長さが少なくとも15個の連続した塩基であってかつ配列番号15〜2 8および61〜64のポリペプチドをコードするDNAに選択的にハイブリ ダイズしうる、(a)、(b)、(c)または(d)の断片、 よりなる群から選択される単離されたポリヌクレオチド。 2.請求項1に記載のポリヌクレオチドを含んでなるベクター。 3.請求項2に記載のベクターを含んでなる宿主細胞。 4.前記宿主細胞が真核細胞である、請求項3に記載の方法。 5.前記宿主細胞が原核細胞である、請求項3に記載の方法。 6.下記の(a)〜(c): (a)請求項3に記載の宿主細胞を培養する工程、 (b)該宿主細胞からポリヌクレオチドによりコードされるポリペプチドを発 現させる工程、 (c)該ポリペプチドを単離する工程、 の工程を含んでなる、ポリペプチドの産生方法。 7.下記の(a)〜(b): (a)配列番号15〜28または61〜64に示すアミノ酸配列を含んでなる 酵素、および (b)(a)の酵素の少なくとも30個の連続したアミノ酸残基を含んでなる 酵素、 からなる群から選択される酵素。 8.一部が請求項1のポリヌクレオチドによりコードされる酵素であって、かつ 下記の(a)および(b): (a)配列番号15〜28または61〜64に示すアミノ酸配列よりなる群か ら選択されるアミノ酸配列に対して少なくとも70%の同一性を有するアミ ノ酸配列を含んでなる酵素、および (b)(a)の酵素の少なくとも30アミノ酸残基を含んでなる酵素、 よりなる群から選択される酵素。 9.オリゴ糖を含有するサンプルと、配列番号15〜28、61〜63、および 64に示すアミノ酸配列を有する酵素よりなる群から選択される有効量の酵素 とを接触させてグルコースが生成するようにすることを含んでなる、可溶性の セロオリゴ糖からのグルコース生成方法。 10.前記サンプルが日常用品、フルーツジュース、洗剤、織物、グアーガム、 動物飼料、植物バイオマスおよび廃棄物からなる群から選択される、請求項9 に記載の方法。 11.前記オリゴ糖がマルトース、セロビオース、ラクトース、スクロース、ラ フィノース、スタキオース、ベルバスコース、セルロース、デンプン、アミロ ース、グリコーゲン、二糖、多糖およびプルランからなる群から選択される、 請求項9に記載の方法。
