加工によって発生する切削屑がテーブル面に落下、堆積
してしまい、切削屑の排除を良好に行うことが出来なか
ったことにある。又、複数の加工工具を収納したツール
マガジンが、垂直な主軸に対して前方に向かって傾斜し
た状態で取り付けられているため、ツールマガジンの重
量を受け止めて主軸が変位しないような構造をとる必要
が生じ、主軸周りの構造を複雑にすると共に十分な強度
を有する構造とする必要があった。

ーブル面(6b)が主軸(1)の下方に移行し、逆に第1テ
ーブル面(6a)が水平な平面に移行することとなり、加
工領域とワークの取付け及び製品の取出し領域とが入れ
替わることとなる。第2のテーブル面(6b)の上方は、
ツールマガジン(2)が垂直に配置されていることによ
り、従来のツールマガジン(2)が前方に傾斜して配置さ
れているものに比して、大きく空間として開放される結
果、第2のテーブル面(6b)へのワークの取付け或は製
品の取出し作業が容易となる利点がある。ターンテーブ
ル(6)は必ずしも180゜往復回転自在とする必要はな
く、同一方向に回転自在としても良いことは勿論であ
る。

ってくるものである。
