【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 椎体に取り付けられている並行する複数
の脊椎矯正用のロッド状部材を結合するための交叉方向
の結合子を有する装置であって、外方からロッド状の部
材に取り付けられるように同部材嵌め込み用の溝部を結
合子の内側に設け、ロッド状部材を溝部に嵌め込んだ状
態でその周面に接して部材断面の半分以上を囲む抱持部
を溝部の一方の側に設け、ロッド状部材を挟んだ他方の
側には結合子に同部材を固定するおねじ体を螺子込むめ
ねじ部を設け、めねじ部への螺子込みによってロッド状
部材を溝部内面との間にて緊締するためのテーパ部をお
ねじ体に設けたことを特徴とする脊椎用部材の結合装
置。
