Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a presoaking detergent composition for clothes, capable of exhibiting excellent detergency to an accumulated sebum fouling which causes darkish or yellowed parts formed on clothes, bedding such as a quilt cover, and a shirt and blouse preserved for a long period, sometimes generates unpleasant odor, and can not be removed completely by normal laundry. SOLUTION: A presoaking detergent providing high activities against the sebum fouling, and excellent in low-temperature solubility is discovered, when carrying out the presoaking and washing without using an anionic surfactant such as an LAS in the system using a nonionic surfactant and a specific sodium carbonate. The presoaking detergent composition is characterized by the composition comprising (a) 12-35 wt.% nonionic surfactant having 12-14 average alkyl chain length, 4-10 polyoxyethylene chain length and 0-5 polyoxypropylene chain length, and (b) 25-50 wt.% heavy sodium carbonate, and substantially not containing anionic surfactant.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Skin shirts, blouses and Y-shirts that have been stored for a long period of time may experience a case where the accumulated sebum stains are oxidized to cause yellowing and smell, thereby significantly impairing the appearance. These sebum stains contain a large amount of unsaturated triglycerides and long-chain fatty acids, and are very hydrophobic and water-insoluble, so they cannot be easily removed with ordinary detergents and washing conditions. Was common. However, when immersed in cold winter water, detergent particles aggregate,
This causes a problem in solubility. In addition, we found that when pre-soak cleaning was performed using a detergent containing an anionic surfactant, calcium salts derived from the anionic surfactant were formed during pre-soaking and hindered the solubility of the detergent particles. .

According to the present invention, by using a nonionic surfactant having a specific structure and a specific sodium carbonate, and immersing and washing without using an anionic surfactant, the clothing is not damaged. It has been found that dirt is effectively removed and the solubility at low temperatures is excellent. In particular, as a method of using this detergent, before the main washing, a predetermined amount of the present agent is dissolved in a washing machine or a bucket, and the clothes contaminated with sebum are soaked for 30 minutes to overnight, and then the main washing is performed as it is. Alternatively, it is preferable to wash by adding a normal powder or liquid detergent, and a higher detergency can be obtained by pre-soaking with bath water or hot water. Even if it is put together with laundry and washed as usual like a normal powder detergent, the same effect as a normal detergent is obtained, and high sebum detergency cannot be obtained.

The nonionic surfactant of component a) used in the present invention is an alkylene oxide adduct of a higher alcohol, which may be saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched. good. In general, nonionic surfactants are known to have a higher solubilizing ability for oily substances than anionic surfactants, and have an average alkyl chain length of C12 to 14, and a shorter alkylene oxide chain length (HLB). Smaller) has higher solubilization performance. However, when the EO chain length is less than 4, there is a problem that the solubility in water is remarkably deteriorated and the EO chain length does not function as an activator. Solubilized. On the other hand, the alkylene oxide-added nonionic surfactant used in the present invention has an EO chain length of 4 to 10, preferably 5 to 8, more preferably 5 to 7, and a polyoxypropylene chain of 0. ~ 5 mol, preferably 2-5 mol, more preferably 2
Up to 4 moles of oily soil can be effectively removed by increasing the hydrophobicity as much as possible within a range where water solubility can be imparted. Further, the polyoxyethylene chain and the polyoxypropylene chain may be used alone, or may be copolymerized or mixed. Further, it is more effective if the ethylene oxide chain has a narrow molecular weight distribution as described in JP-A-3-265695. These can be produced by the method described in JP-A-1-16437. Further, the average carbon chain length needs to be 12 or more on average from the viewpoint of oil solubilizing ability, and if the average carbon chain length is less than 12, the washability of oily dirt decreases. On the other hand, if the average length is 15 or more, the solubility is greatly reduced. The compounding amount is 12 to 35% by weight, preferably 12 to 30% by weight.
When the content is less than 12% by weight, the detergency decreases, and when it exceeds 36%, the fluidity and stability of the detergent particles are deteriorated due to the liquid state, so that a large amount of impregnating agent such as white carbon does not contribute to the detergency. There is a problem that you need.

5 g / ml or more. This sodium carbonate not only has a high ability as an alkaline agent but also has a low cohesiveness in low-temperature water, and thus has a feature of enhancing the low-temperature solubility of the detergent. Moreover, the compounding quantity can be mix | blended 25-50 weight%, Preferably it is 30-50 weight%. If the amount is less than 25% by weight, the detergency decreases, and if it exceeds 50% by weight, the low-temperature solubility decreases.

It is important that the presoaked detergent composition of the present invention does not substantially contain an anionic surfactant which is usually blended. 2) Evaluation of detergency of accumulated sebum stains 5 × 5 cm20 of accumulated sebum stained cloth prepared by the above method.
Using the detergent compositions shown in Tables 4, 5, 6, and 7,
3DH, volume 30L, detergent concentration 0.0 by tub type washing machine
It was left for 1 hour under the condition of 5% by weight and a temperature of 25 ° C., washed for 10 minutes, and dehydrated for 1 minute. Then, it was rinsed with 3 DH, 25 ° C. water for 3 minutes, dehydrated for 1 minute, and air-dried. The dried washing cloth was extracted with ethanol / chloroform for 8 hours, and the ratio of the extraction amount after washing to the extraction amount of oily stain before washing was defined as the sebum stain cleaning power. In addition, the adjusted accumulated sebum soiled cloth 5 × 5 cm

Non-heat drying was performed. On the other hand, the detergent compositions shown in Tables 4, 5, 6, and 7 were used, and a 3 ° D.
H, an amount of 30 L, a detergent concentration of 0.05% by weight and a temperature of 25 ° C. were kept for 1 hour, washed for 10 minutes, and dehydrated for 1 minute. Then, it was rinsed with water at 3 ° DH and 25 ° C. for 3 minutes, dehydrated for 1 minute, and air-dried. The dried washing cloth was dyed by the above method.
The a value of the unwashed cloth and the washed cloth was measured with a reflectometer, and the difference (Δa) was defined as the sebum dirt cleaning power by a coloring method. Since the a value is proportional to the amount of sebum remaining on the cloth, Δa
The larger the value, the higher the detergency.

<Measurement of Low-Temperature Solubility of Granular Detergent Sample> Seven cotton shirts, two polyester shirts, and two acrylic shirts are folded and overlapped, and this is added to tap water 30 of 5 ° C.
Float gently in a two-tank washing machine with an L. 40 g of a sample detergent is gently placed on the shirt, left for 1 hour, and then stirred for 10 minutes with a weak stream of water. After draining, the fabric is gently dewatered to pick up any remaining detergent particles on the fabric and in the washing machine. The amount of undissolved detergent particles is evaluated by a five-point method according to the following criteria. The above experiment is performed three times to obtain an average score. 1 point: almost no undissolved residue 2 points: slightly undissolved residue (2 to 3 mm particles
3 points) Recognized 3 points: About 5 particles remaining undissolved (particles of about 1 to 5 mm) Recognized 4 points: About 10 particles undissolved (particles of about 1 to 5 mm)
Recognized 5 points: 10 or more undissolved particles (including particles of 5 mm or more) are recognized
