Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for lining a pipe line which can line a deformed pipe of a large diameter exactly without generating wrinkles. etc. SOLUTION: A molded panel 1 made of a fiber reinforced resin which is molded in the shape corresponding to the that of the lower part of the pipe line is placed in the lower part of the pipe line, a sheet-shaped flexible uncured lining material 2 impregnated with a thermosetting resin is arranged in the upper part of the pipe line and cured after being adhered to the pipe. The lining material 2 and the panel 1 are laid to overlap each other in their circumferential end parts. In this way, since angular corner parts existing in the lower part of a special pipe such as a horseshoe-shaped pipe and a rectangular pipe are covered with the panel 1, no wrinkle is generated in the lining material 2 to prevent the deterioration of the downflow property of the lining material. Since the lining material 2 is divided circumferentially into at least two sections, the increase in the size and weight of each lining material can be controlled, enabling the introduction of the lining material from a manhole.

The above-mentioned soft lining method is not applied to a large-diameter pipeline for the following reasons. First, the diameter of the lining material increases in accordance with the diameter of the pipeline, and it is difficult to insert the lining material into the pipeline via a manhole (600 mm in diameter). Second, the large dimensions make it impossible to carry on to the site unless a large truck is used, making implementation on narrow roads difficult. For this reason, in the soft lining method, up to a diameter of about 1000 mm is a practically applicable pipe diameter.

By the way, many large-diameter pipes have a shape other than a circular pipe which is currently the mainstream. For example, in large cities such as Tokyo and Osaka, sewer pipes have been buried for a long time since prewar days, and the shape of the sewer pipes is often irregular, such as a horseshoe-shaped or rectangular tunnel. As a characteristic of such an irregularly shaped conduit, the lower portion of the tube is flat, and the corners at both ends of the flat portion have a shape close to a right angle. Even if a soft lining method is applied to such a pipeline and a flexible lining material is expanded in the pipeline, the lining material must have a certain thickness or more to be applied to a large-diameter pipe, and even if the resin is in an uncured state. Due to the high rigidity, the internal corners do not well follow the corners depending on the internal pressure, and often have wrinkles or gaps with the inner surface of the pipe. However, it is difficult to apply the soft lining method.

In addition, in the deformed pipe, a liner made of a fiber-reinforced resin molded panel formed in advance in accordance with the shape is installed at a lower part of the pipe where corners are present. No wrinkles are formed on the inner surface. Here, in the case of a tube having a rectangular cross section (box culvert tube), there is also a corner at the upper part of the pipe, and in the present invention, the upper part of the pipe is a flexible sheet-like lining material equivalent to the conventional soft lining method. Due to the expansion and hardening of the pipe, some wrinkles will occur at the upper corners of the pipe, but the sewage and rainwater flowing in the pipe are usually up to about 2/3 the height of the pipe. This is a flow rate, and there is no particular problem with regard to wrinkles generated near a corner at the upper part of the pipeline. When a gap is formed between the upper corner of the rectangular tube and the inner surface of the tube, it is preferable to perform backfilling with mortar or the like.

Further, when a method of injecting a backfill material between the molded panel installed at the lower part of the pipeline and the lower surface of the pipeline is adopted as in the invention according to claim 3, corrosion of the inner surface of the existing pipe can be prevented. However, the molded panel and the inner surface of the pipe can be integrated, and the performance such as strength and watertightness can be improved.

The invention according to claims 4 and 5 is an effective method when unevenness is generated due to a step or a bend on the lower surface of the pipeline. (4) Alternatively, after a rib material is previously installed on the lower surface of the pipeline, a molded panel is installed thereon and integrated (claim 5), and the rib material interposes between the lower surface of the pipeline and the molded panel. By intentionally injecting the backfill material into the gap provided on the entire surface, the unevenness of the pipeline can be corrected to some extent linearly, and at the same time, the molded panel can be integrated with the lower surface of the pipeline .

Here, when the rib material is integrated with the molded panel in advance as in the invention according to claim 4, there is an advantage that work in a pipeline with a bad working environment can be reduced. In the method according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in which the rib member is disposed on the lower surface of the conduit and then the molded panel is disposed and integrated, there is an advantage that it is possible to cope with a complicated conduit inner surface shape. . In this case, it does not prevent the joint use of the repair work on the lower surface of the pipeline (e.g., the work of cutting a step or the leveling of a fall portion) when the rib material is installed.

When the rib member 3 is used, as shown in FIG. 5, a tightening member 8 such as a wire is passed through the rib member 3 in every several through holes 3a in the longitudinal direction of the pipe tube, and each rib is formed. The material 3 and the molded panel 1 integrated therewith can be connected in the cylinder length direction. A shaft may be used as the tightening member 8 in addition to the wire. When the existing pipe P has a step or a bend, it is preferable to use a flexible wire. Further, it is also possible to use a wire as the tightening member that passes through the entire length of the repair target pipeline and a shaft as the tightening member that passes to combine several formed panels 1. Further, since this tightening member serves to tighten each rib member 3 and each formed panel 1 integrated therewith in the lengthwise direction of the pipe, at least one or several tightening members are required. It is preferable that the length be equal to the entire length of the repair target pipeline.
