Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make drinking water drinkable instantaneouosly and safely in an emergency such as disaster by a method wherein a sealed-up solid drinking water germicide is provided at the inside of a drinking water container having an inlet/outlet port and its cap, and the solid drinking water germicide is added to, mixed with and dissolved in the drinking water. SOLUTION: A drinking water preserving container 1 is, for instance, a plastic container comprising a main body 3 having an inlet/outlet port 2 for water and a cap 4 for the inlet/outlet port, and preserves drinking water such as city water therein for emergency use. A lower cap 5 of the cap 4 is attached to the inlet/outlet port 2 and while a small chamber 7 is provided between the lower cap 5 and an upper cap 6, a solid drinking water germicide 8 such as chloride of lime, hypo-chlorous acid calcium, chloramine B or the like is stored therein. Then, in an emergency such as stoppage of water supply arising from a disaster, a seal-up means 9 is broken, and the solid drinking water germicide 8 is added to, mixed with and dissolved in the preserved water in the drinking water preserving container 1. Thereby, the preserved water is disinfected and sterilized and made available instantaneously for safe drinking.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a container for storing drinking water, for example, any part of a plastic water inlet / outlet container, such as a lid, a shoulder, a body, a bottom or a container. ,
The structure is such that a solid germicide for drinking water is held in the container by being attached to the outside or in the vicinity thereof, so that it can be taken out and used at the time of an earthquake or other disaster. The details will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a container 1 for storing drinking water of the present invention.
1 shows a schematic side view as an embodiment. The drinking water storage container 1 of the present invention includes a main body 3 having a water inlet / outlet 2 and a lid 4 thereof.
The container 1 stores emergency drinking water suitable for drinking, for example, tap water. The lower lid 5 of the lid 4 is attached to the mouth 2 with screws. The lower lid 5 further has an upper lid 6 on the upper part thereof.
And a small chamber 7 is provided between the upper lid 6 and the upper lid 6 which is screwed to the upper part. The small chamber 7 holds an individual bactericide 8 for drinking water. The solid disinfectant for drinking water 8 is sealed by a sealing means 9 using a moisture-proof film such as a metal foil or a vinylidene fluoride film, and is preferably filled with an inert gas, for example, nitrogen gas or the like, to reduce moisture and air. In contrast, it is one that is sealed, more preferably shielded from light, to increase the stability of the germicide. In some cases, the solid germicide may be sealed and stored in a glass or plastic ampule, metal container, or the like.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention. The emergency drinking water container 11 in FIG. 2 includes a container body 13 having a water inlet / outlet 12, and is filled with water as needed from the inlet / outlet 12. At this time, the lid 14 of the container 11 of the present invention
A plastic, glass or metal container containing an ampoule 17 enclosing a solid germicide 16 for drinking water at the tip thereof is attached to the inside of the container. Thus, the solid disinfectant for drinking water 16 can be stored more stably and reliably even when suffering a flame such as a fire generated by a large earthquake.

[0007] Here, the main bodies 3, 1 of the containers 1, 11 of the present invention.
The shape of 3 is arbitrary, such as a cylindrical shape, a flat plastic tank type, a cubic type, and the like. Further, a handle portion 10 can be provided on the upper portion or the shoulder portion of the container main bodies 3 and 13 in some cases. The container of the present invention is normally filled with potable water such as tap water or mineral water and stored near a living space. In the case of an emergency such as when water is cut off due to a disaster, the solid disinfectant for drinking water 8, 16 which is sealed by the sealing means 9, 17 and the like which is stored and attached to the emergency drinking water container filled with water according to the present invention. And take out
The sealing means 9 and 17 are broken and the solid disinfectants for drinking water 8, 16 are broken.
To the water present in the emergency drinking water container, disinfect and sterilize the water by mixing and dissolving, even if there are some microorganisms such as Escherichia coli in the stored water. The addition makes it completely harmless and can be used at any time as safe emergency drinking water.

[0008] Examples of the solid bactericide for drinking water that can be used in the present invention include, for example, mash powder, high-grade mash powder, calcium hypochlorite, chloramine B, chloramine T, harazone (parasulfone dichloramide benzoic acid) and the like. Can be exemplified. These disinfectants may be added at a rate of about 1 to 300 mg, preferably about 1 to 100 mg, per liter of water. These solid germicides may be used in the form of powder, granules, tablets or the like with or without the use of excipients under an atmosphere of an inert gas such as nitrogen gas at normal pressure or under a pressure of, for example, about 10 mmHg or more. This prevents the ingress of moisture and air by storing in a sealed container. In this case, it is considered that the solid germicide can be effectively used while the shape is unchanged.

[0009] In addition to the above, the emergency drinking water container of the present invention comprises:
The solid disinfectants 8 and 16 for drinking water are supplied to the lid 3 or the container body 1.
In addition to the storage inside the container 3, for example, it may be attached or stored at an external or internal position on the shoulder, the trunk, or the bottom of the container bodies 3, 13. In addition, it is only necessary that the attachment is not separated from the containers 1 and 11, and the means is screwing,
A separate chamber attached by fitting or the like is provided to contain the solid disinfectants for sealed drinking water 8 and 16 therein, or is fixed by an adhesive tape, tied with a string, and other means for attaching and attaching to the container. It is possible.

Since the emergency drinking water containers 1 and 11 of the present invention are drinking water containers, it is sufficient that no harmful substances are eluted into water. For example, in the case of plastics, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin or polychlorinated resin is used. A polyester resin such as oxyethylene terephthalate may be used, and ordinary thermoplastic and thermosetting resins can be used. The emergency drinking water container of the present invention may be made of metal.

In the present invention, the container of the present invention uses a solid germicide for drinking water which is sealed and stored with the container with respect to the stored water in the container. Liquid germicides are less effective after one year, whereas solid germicides are stable for a long period of time due to sealed storage, and can be used effectively for more than seven years, for example.

Since the present invention has been made as described above, once the container of the present invention is filled with drinking water and set, as long as the sealed solid disinfectant for drinking water is not deteriorated. In case of emergency, for example, even if the water outage occurs due to a large earthquake, etc., there is always potable water near the living space for emergency use, so one family should use it usefully for several days until the rescue team arrives. Because it is a good thing, it is excellent as a countermeasure in the event of a disaster, and its profit is extremely large.
