SOLUTION: A clamp 1 is fitted to a part of a loose electric wire in the rear of a temporarily fixed site, and arms 5 are turned to the iron tower side. Holes 5b of the arms 5 are connected to fitting metal fixtures K and anchored to an iron tower insulator G, and locked to an anchoring board by holes 5a. る。クサビ2a、2bは電線Eの上下隙間を充填可能の
もので、予め電線Eをはさみ、耳部2cでボルトを締
め、先端部はクランプ内へ挿入してある。クランプ1は
両側中央部にコ形軸受3を下方開放位相で固着し、これ
に設けた引止軸4で、アーム5の一端を係止する。軸4
は電線Eの直径線上にあり、アーム5は電線下面で矢印
方向へ180度回動可能で端部に2つの孔5a、5bが
穿ってある。アーム5は孔5bにより鉄塔へ係止され
る。図5、図6はクランプ1の他の実施例を示すもので
ある。図5はクランプ1のC形断面対向片の頂部又は下
部に蝶番部を設け、そのいずれか一方を選択的に結合可
能として、電線Eへの取付を容易にしたものである。ま
た図6は対向クランプ片の一方を倒立させることによ
り、左右クランプ片を相互流用可能な同一形状としたも
のである。倒立により左右クランプ片は互いに軸受の開
放方向を逆にしたものとなるが、左右アームの回動方向
を互いに逆にすれば180度回動になんの支障もない。
次に図4に於いて引止板6は中央上部に油圧シリンダC
が固着され、下片中央には電線Eへ跨座可能な半円切込
6aが、またその両側にアーム5を挿入可能な切込6b
が夫々設けてある。切込6bへ挿入されたアーム5は孔
5aによりピン7で支持される。油圧シリンダCのピス
トン杆8には、その端部に押圧板9が固定され、その板
面には上下クサビを同時押圧可能にアダプタ9aが設け
てある。このアダプタは電線Eへ被挿可能なU字形をな
し、折曲部で上のクサビを、両脚端で下のクサビを押圧
する。

サビ抜取の必要が生じた場合は、アーム5による引止板
6の引止を解除し、図4のクサビ押込装置を左右逆転し
てクランプの反対側へ移し、アーム5は180度回動さ
せて位置替えした引止板を再引止する。その上でクサビ
を反対側から押圧する。ただし図6の場合は前記の如く
アーム5は互いに反対側へ180度回動させる。またク
サビの先端がクランプ中に隠れている場合は、適当なデ
ィスタンスピースを介在させて、アダプタ9aを押圧す
ればよい。

装着して前記クサビをクランプへ押込み又はクランプの
反対方向から押圧して抜取可能としたことを特徴とする
クサビ式クランプ。
