Claims (11)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 樹脂を発泡させてなる発泡層と、この発
泡層を補強する板状の補強材とからなり、上記樹脂を上
記補強材と共に金型内に装入した状態で発泡させること
により、上記発泡層と上記補強材とが固着された発泡成
形体において、上記発泡層を上記補強材の表裏両側に設
けたことを特徴とする発泡成形体。
1. A foamed layer formed by foaming a resin, and a plate-like reinforcing material for reinforcing the foamed layer, wherein the resin is foamed in a state of being charged in a mold together with the reinforcing material. And a foam molded article in which the foam layer and the reinforcing material are fixed, wherein the foam layer is provided on both front and back sides of the reinforcing material.
【請求項2】 上記補強材の表裏両側に設けられた発泡
層の厚さをほぼ同一にしたことを特徴とする請求項1に
記載の発泡成形体。
2. The foam molded article according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the foam layers provided on both sides of the reinforcing material is substantially the same.
【請求項3】 上記補強材に上記樹脂が入り込むことが
できる貫通孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1また
は2に記載の発泡成形体。
3. The foamed molded article according to claim 1, wherein a through-hole through which the resin can enter is formed in the reinforcing material.
【請求項4】 上記発泡層および上記補強材を同一の材
質で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか
に記載の発泡成形体。
4. The foam molded article according to claim 1, wherein said foam layer and said reinforcing material are formed of the same material.
【請求項5】 上記発泡層および上記補強材をポリプロ
ピレン樹脂で形成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載
の発泡成形体。
5. The foam molded article according to claim 4, wherein said foam layer and said reinforcing material are formed of a polypropylene resin.
【請求項6】 金型のキャビティ内に発泡させるべき樹
脂および補強材を装入した後、上記樹脂を発泡させるこ
とにより、互いに固着した発泡層と補強材とからなる発
泡成形体を製造する方法において、上記樹脂を上記補強
材の表裏両面側に配置した状態で発泡させることを特徴
とする発泡成形体の製造法。

A method for producing a foam molded article comprising a foam layer and a reinforcing material fixed to each other by charging a resin to be foamed and a reinforcing material into a cavity of a mold and then foaming the resin. 3. The method for producing a foamed molded article according to claim 1, wherein the resin is foamed in a state where the resin is arranged on both front and back surfaces of the reinforcing material.

【請求項9】 上記樹脂および上記補強材の材質として
同一の材質を用いたことを特徴とする請求項6〜8のい
ずれかに記載の発泡成形体の製造法。

【請求項10】 上記樹脂および上記補強材の材質とし
てポリプロピレンを用いたことを特徴とする請求項9に
記載の発泡成形体の製造法。
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein polypropylene is used as a material of the resin and the reinforcing material.
【請求項11】 上記樹脂の発泡前の形状を玉状にした
ことを特徴とする請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の発
泡成形体の製造法。
11. The method according to claim 6, wherein the shape of the resin before foaming is a ball.
