Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing pipe thawing apparatus capable of greatly increasing the velocity of thawing and being used also for a pipe having the quality of the material with a low melting temperature to take no long time for working. SOLUTION: Since a temperature of a heated ball 1 on the front of a cord 2 is capable of being freely set by a temperature adjuster, a temperature can be set in accordance with a melting temperature of a pipe material, and any pipe having any kind of the quality of the material can be used. Since ice frozen inside of the pipe is thawed from the inside of the pipe by heat and self-weight, it is not required to remove an outside heat insulating material, and anybody can simply carry out thawing work.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, a heat bulb is attached to the tip of a cord. Conventionally, for melting ice such as frozen rain gutters, a method is used in which a weak current is applied from both ends of the pipe, and the ice is melted by heat generated by the resistance of the pipe material. Cannot be used. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to eliminate the drawbacks of the present invention, in which a hot bulb to be heated by an electric heater is attached to the end of a cord, and ice is melted in a tube while being frozen by heat and its own weight. Since the temperature of the hot sphere can be freely adjusted by a temperature controller, the speed of defrosting can be remarkably increased, and a tube of any material can be used. The heat between the heat bulb and the cord is cut off by the waterproof heat-resistant material, and the cord incorporates a power supply line to the heater and a lead wire of a temperature sensor built into the heat bulb. It is a special cord with a wire that can withstand.

[Correction Details] In the present invention, a heat ball is attached to the end of a cord. Conventionally, for melting ice such as frozen rain gutters, a method is used in which a weak current is applied from both ends of the pipe, and the ice is melted by heat generated by the resistance of the pipe material. Cannot be used. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to eliminate the drawbacks of the present invention. A hot ball to be heated by an electric heater is attached to the end of a cord, and ice frozen in a rain gutter pipe is melted by heat and its own weight and melted while descending. It is the one that freezes. Since the temperature of the hot sphere can be freely adjusted from outside using a temperature controller, the speed of thawing can be remarkably increased and the melting temperature is low.
It can also be used for pipes of different materials. Bent on rain gutters
There is a part, but the heating element is spherical so that it can pass without difficulty
It has been devised. The heat between the heat bulb and the cord is shut off by the waterproof heat-resistant material, and the cord incorporates a power supply line to the heater and a lead wire of a temperature sensor built into the heat bulb.
In addition, it is a special cord containing a wire that can withstand the tensile force when the hot ball is pulled out.
