Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open/close a cap when it is turned in either right or left direction by providing a plurality of projection parts inside a cap body, and forming left-inclined and right-inclined grooves across each other with which the projection parts of the cap body are engaged on an outer circumferential surface of a spout of a container body. SOLUTION: A plurality of projection parts 5 to work as a male screw are formed inside a slightly elastic cap 4. Right-inclined and left-inclined grooves 7 across each other with which the projection parts 5 of the cap 4 are engaged are formed on an outer circumferential surface of a spout 1 of a container 6. The grooves 7 are formed so that the projection parts 5 of the cap are smoothly engaged, a part between the projections in the vicinity of the spout is cut deep, an intermediate part 2 is cut shallow and a bottom part 3 is cut deep so as to fit the projection parts 5. The grooves 7 are provided so as to be diagonally inclined while changing the depth from the spout toward a deepest part, and engaged and stopped at a lowest bottom part 3.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the inconvenience of left-handed persons having to change objects when opening a bottle cover, and allows anyone to easily open and close the bottle.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is such that the cap may be turned to the right or left when opening and tightening. First, a plurality of protruding portions are provided inside the cap instead of the screw groove, and the material of the cap has some elasticity. A groove is formed in the container body so that the projecting portion of the cap engages. The depth of the groove becomes gradually shallower, and a deep hole is provided at the deepest portion so that the projection in the cap can be accommodated and fixed. When using, turn to push in when tightening and turn to open when opening.

The present invention is a cap which can be freely opened and closed in both left and right directions so that the cap can be tightened or opened by turning it clockwise or counterclockwise. [Claims] 1. A freely openable and closable cap which can be turned in both left and right directions, wherein the cap can be tightened or opened by turning it clockwise or counterclockwise. 2. A plurality of projections are provided inside the cap body. A cap that can be opened and fastened by providing a groove in the container body so as to engage with the projection of the cap body, and engaging the projection of the cap with the groove and turning it.
