Claims

CLAIMS 1. Capsule holder device for cage closures for wines, liqueurs or the like, characterized in that includes at least two elements, of which an upper element (1) and a lower element (2), which two elements pass from a closed condition to an open condition, so that in the closed condition they identify an interposed space (3) between them, suitable for housing at least one capsule (5), means for coupling (4) of the upper element (1) with the lower element (2) being provided.

Device according to claim 1, wherein said coupling means (4) are constituted by one or more pins (42) provided on the lower element (2) or on the upper element (1), which pins (42 ) engage in corresponding seats (41) provided on the upper element (1) or on the lower element (2), so that the distance between the lower element (2) and the upper element (1) in closed condition is corresponding to or less than the height (A) of the capsule (5).

Device according to claim 2, wherein said seat (41) is constituted by a bush element which extends in the direction of said pin (42), which bush element, in the closed condition of the upper element (1 ) with the lower element (2), at least partially surrounds the lateral surface of said pin (42).

Device according to claim 1, wherein the upper element (1) and the lower element (2) consist of annular elements, the inner circumference of the upper element (1) having dimensions smaller than the dimensions of the upper base ( C) of said capsule (5), the internal circumference of the lower element (1) having dimensions smaller than the dimensions of the lower base (B) of said capsule (5).

5. Device according to claim 2, in which four pins (42) are provided, provided in correspondence with the recesses (51) of said capsule (5).

6. Device according to claim 1, wherein said upper element (1) and / or said lower element (2) have at least one eyelet (6).

Capsule holder kit for cage closures for wines, liqueurs or the like, comprising at least one capsule (5) and a capsule holder device, characterized in that the said capsule holder device comprises at least two elements, of which an upper element (1) and a lower element (2), which two elements pass from a closed condition to an open condition, so that in the closed condition they identify one space (3) interposed between them, suitable for housing at least one capsule (5), being provided means for coupling (4) the upper element (1) with the lower element (2).

8. Kit according to claim 7, wherein said capsule holder device has one or more of the characteristics according to claims 2 to 6.

9. Kit according to claim 7, wherein said capsule (5) is made of precious metal, of the silver, gold or similar type.
