DESCRIPTION

The present model refers to an insole for footwear.

It is known that the term "foot reflexology" commonly identifies a variety of massage techniques that aim to improve the health of an individual by stimulating nerve endings in particular areas of the sole of the foot.

Insoles are known for footwear designed to stimulate the foot, according to the principles of plantar reflexology, during walking.

The insoles of this type, currently available, are often not very comfortable and can lead to discomfort and soreness during walking, with considerable discomfort for the user.

Furthermore, they are relatively expensive to manufacture on an industrial level.

The present model aims to overcome the drawbacks described above by providing an insole for footwear, according to claim 1 proposed below.

The insole, according to the present model, comprises an insole, preferably in leather, having an upper surface, intended to be directed towards the foot of the user, and a lower surface, destined to be directed towards the sole of said shoe.

According to the present model, the insole comprises one or more first portions, in correspondence with each of which at least one wire, made of electrically conductive material, passes through the thickness of the insole, so as to form an electrically conductive path between the upper surface and the lower surface of the slab itself.

According to the present model, the insole further comprises one or more second portions, in correspondence with each of which there is at least one magnet positioned in a corresponding housing formed in the thickness of the slab itself.

According to a preferred embodiment, in correspondence with the aforementioned first portions, a plurality of points for needling or sewing the electrically conductive thread, passing through the thickness of the insole, is provided.

Preferably, these points of electrically conductive wire are arranged so as to make the first surface and the second surface of the insole electrically conductive, in correspondence with said first portions.

In other words, the points of electrically conductive wire are preferably arranged so as to form electrically conductive pads on the first surface and on the second surface of the insole, in correspondence with said first portions.

Preferably, the electrically conductive wire is a gold, silver or silver coated wire.

Preferably, the magnet is housed in a corresponding housing hole passing through the thickness of the slab itself.

Preferably, the magnet is arranged so as to have a negative pole positioned at the upper surface of the slab and a positive pole positioned at the lower surface of the slab.

Preferably, the insole, according to the present model, comprises a first layer of electrically conductive material which at least partially covers the lower surface of the insole.

This layer is arranged so as to be in electrical contact with the wire, made of electrically conductive material, arranged in correspondence with the first portions of the insole, and in electrical contact with the caiamites arranged in correspondence with the second portions of said insole.

Preferably, the insole, according to the present model, comprises a second layer of material able to cover at the bottom, at least partially, said first layer of material.

Preferably, the insole, according to the present model, comprises at least a third layer of material able to cover at the bottom, at least partially, said first layer of material and / or said second layer of material.

Preferably, said first layer of material and / or said second layer of material and / or said third layer of material comprise one or more second holes or ventilation openings to favor foot perspiration.

The insole, according to the present model, ensures that some electrically conductive areas (the first portions) and some magnetically active areas (the second portions) of the insole come into contact with the sole of the patient's foot.

The conductive areas of the insole can be suitably arranged to stimulate the foot according to the principles of plantar reflexology.

The magnetically active zones of the insole can be suitably predisposed to further stimulate the foot according to the principles of plantar reflexology and / or to enhance the stimulating action carried out by the electrically conductive zones.

The insole, according to this model, ensures a high level of comfort during walking. The insole, according to the present model, has an extremely simple structure and is easily achievable with known industrial processes. Further characteristics and advantages of the insole, according to the present model, can be better perceived by referring to the description provided below and to the attached figures, provided for purely illustrative and non-limiting purposes, in which:

With reference to the aforementioned figures, the present model refers to an insole 1 for footwear.

The plantar 1 comprises a shaped insole 11, preferably in leather, consisting of a single layer of material or of several superimposed layers joined together.

The insole 11 comprises an upper surface 12, intended to be turned towards the foot of the user so as to constitute, during the use of the insole, a support surface for the sole of the foot, and a lower surface 13, opposite to the foot. upper surface 12, intended to be turned towards the sole of the shoe.

The insole 11 comprises one or more first portions 14, in correspondence with which at least one wire 142, made of electrically conductive material, passes through the thickness thereof so as to form an electrically conductive path 140 which crosses the insole 11 between the surfaces 12 and 13.

Preferably, in correspondence with each of the first portions 14, there is a plurality of stitches 141 for needling or sewing conductive thread 142.

The points 141 pass through the thickness of the slab II and are concatenated with the surfaces 12 and 13 of the slab itself.

Preferably, the points 141 are arranged in such a way as to at least partially cover the surfaces 12 and 13, in correspondence with each of the first portions 14. The surfaces 12 and 13 of the insole 11 are thus electrically conductive in correspondence with the first portions 14 and the foot of the user, resting on the surface 12, can come into electrical contact with the conductive paths 140 arranged in correspondence with the first portions 14.

The stitches 141 can be made with known industrial techniques (for example needle punching, sewing or similar procedures) and may require one or more threads of thread 142 for their realization.

Advantageously, the wire 142 has a relatively small diameter (for example less than a few tenths of a mm) so that the increase in thickness, due to the presence of the points 141 which connect with the surfaces 12 and 13 of the insole 11, in correspondence with the first portions 14, is not perceivable by the user, during walking.

The wire 142 can be made of any electrically conductive material. Preferably, to ensure a high electrical conductivity of each conductive path 140, the wire 142 is made of gold, silver or silver coated with gold.

Obviously, several wires 142, even of different materials, can be used for the realization of each conductive path 140 and / or of the electrically conductive areas.

The geometric arrangement and the shape of the first portions 14 of the insole 11 can be any according to requirements.

Preferably, the first portions 14 are positioned in correspondence with the areas of the sole of the foot which are intended to be stimulated.

The insole 11 also comprises one or more second portions 19, in correspondence with each of which there is at least one magnet 190 positioned in a corresponding housing 191 obtained in the thickness of the insole 11.

The housing 191 of the magnet 190 could be a blind cavity open towards one of the surfaces 12 or 13 of the insole 11 to facilitate the positioning of the magnet itself.

In some embodiments, the magnet 190 could also be positioned in a closed cavity formed in the thickness of the slab 11 or embedded in the material of the slab itself.

Preferably, the magnet 190 is housed in a corresponding housing hole 191 passing through the thickness of the slab 11.

Preferably, the magnet 190 is positioned in the relative housing 191 so as not to cause an increase in the thickness of the insole 11 which is perceptible by the user during walking.

Preferably, the magnet 190 is positioned in the relative housing 191 so as to have a negative and positive pole facing respectively the upper 12 and lower 13 surface of the insole 11.

The magnet 190 can be of the conventional type and can have any shape, according to requirements. Preferably, it has a cylindrical or plate shape.

The geometric arrangement of the second portions 19 of the insole 11 can be any according to requirements.

The second portions 19 constitute magnetically active regions of the insole 11, in correspondence with each of which the user's foot is affected by a magnetic field generated by the corresponding magnet 190.

Preferably, the first portions 14 are positioned in correspondence with the areas of the sole of the foot which are intended to be stimulated.

Preferably, as illustrated in Figure 1, the insole 11 comprises one or more third portions 15, in correspondence with each of which one or more first ventilation holes 151 are provided, passing through the thickness of the slab itself, so as to favor a adequate foot perspiration.

Preferably, the insole 11 is operatively associated, in correspondence with its lower surface 13, to a plurality of layers of material superimposed on each other, according to a substantially sandwich structure.

These layers of material can be assembled together or with the insole 11 by means of traditional techniques in the footwear industry, for example gluing, sewing, heat sealing or the like.

Preferably, the insole 1 comprises a first layer of electrically conductive material 15.

The layer of material 15 at least partially covers the lower surface 13 of the slab 11.

Preferably, the layer of material 15 is operatively associated with the lower surface 13 of the insole 11 so as to be in electrical contact with the wire 142 passing through the thickness of the insole 11, at each of the first portions 14, and in electrical contact with the caiamites 190 positioned in correspondence with the second portions 19 of the slab 11.

An electrical contact is thus made between the layer of material 15, the conductive paths 140 which cross the slab 11 and the caiamites 190 positioned in the thickness of the slab 11.

The layer of material 15 can advantageously be constituted by an electrically conductive fabric, for example a fabric comprising carbon fiber, or by a metal sheet, net or sheet.

The insole, according to the present model, is suitable for use in any type of shoe, for example walking shoes, sports shoes, boots, sandals, slippers or the like.

It can be operatively associated in a removable way or fixed to a shoe.

In its operative use, the insole, according to the present model, is advantageously positioned with the upper surface 12 of the insole 11 in contact with the patient's foot and can be positioned directly superimposed on the sole of the shoe or superimposed on a further internal insole.

As is evident from the above description, the insole, according to the present model, allows to adequately overcome the problems and drawbacks of the known art.

In the insole, according to the present model, the presence of the conductive paths 140, through the insole 11, allows the patient's foot to be placed in contact with electrically conductive areas and with magnetically active areas which can be easily arranged to stimulate the foot according to the principles of foot reflexology.

According to the present model, the insole does not subject the user's foot to musculoskeletal stress.

The insole, according to the present model, has an extremely simple structure, capable of ensuring optimal comfort during walking.

The insole, according to the present model, can be easily manufactured by means of known industrial processes, with considerable advantages in terms of containment of production costs.

CLAIMS 1.
