"3 D VERTICAL CURTAIN" COMPOSED OF "DETACH AND ATTACH" FABRIC PANELS THAT TURN AROUND RIGID TRIANGULAR OR OVAL SHAPED BASES WITH INSIDE THE POSSIBILITY OF INSERTING ELECTRIC LIGHTS TO CREATE THE EFFECT OF A LAMP ".

SUMMARY

The curtain proposed below is presented as an original innovation in the field of interior design due to its marked versatility and clear practicality of use which allow, in a small space, multiple applications. By exploiting pre-existing mechanisms and assembly systems, making slight but substantial changes and using fireproof fabrics, this can be transformed into a useful and important piece of furniture. It is made up of a set of colored vertical panels each arranged around triangular or ovoid "bases" hooked, at the upper end, to a track (the same used for vertical blinds) and joined together and to the bases with a "detach and attach" system.

DESCRIPTION

Below is a detailed example of the curtain model made up of panels with bases in the shape of an equilateral triangle and related graphics cards:

- Upper (1) and lower (2) base of each single panel of the tent in the shape of an equilateral triangle. - Table 1 fig. 1

- The sides of each equilateral triangle (6) hold together around the fabric bands with a "detach and attach" gluing system and with the same system the fabric bands are joined together vertically (6 / 9A, 7/8) ;

- Interchangeable vertical fabric panels consist of;

side A) yellow band with flowers;

side B) orange band;

side C) green band, (pl. l; fig. 2)

The prisms thus obtained, composed by strictly repeating the alphabetical order of the sides, rotate showing the viewer bands of different colors by simply pulling the cord (3) located on the side of the opening mechanism. The pin that rotates each single prism has a limited stroke and closes the circle exactly in the middle of two of the three faces thus producing a third angular facade that shows angles of many triangular prisms that alternate in two different colors (orange / green) - Table 1 fig. 3

The same principle is applied to the awning with ovoid base panels with the result of producing only two faces of different colors. - Table 2 (14, 15, 16, 18).

The above model can be considered the basic idea of the invention. This has been further developed by creating the possibility of inserting an electrical conduction system (Tab.l -10, Tab.2 -17) that starts from the center of the bases of the triangular and ovoid panels (1.15) hooked to the track (11 ) in the upper end affixed to the ceiling where the lamp holder of limited voltage (10, 17) is inserted and alternating panels (12/13) of filtering fabric, lighter, with blackout fabric sheets (9), heavier, cut in order to obtain an artistic composition that when illuminated, will create the soft atmosphere of a lamp. The electric current can also reach the lower part with the wire that will have the function of holding the vertical panels together (5, 20). See further explanatory tables attached on the reverse: - track affixed to the ceiling (11), which, being hollow, contains electrical wires (5) and holds the panels with rotating hooks in the center of the upper bases (4);

- perforated panel of blackout fabric with artistic intaglio designs (9);

- "cage" of wires of metal or plastic material at the corners of the sheets to give rigidity and prevent them from bending in height and / or to insert other LEDs vertically to increase and evenly distribute the lights (1,14)).

By keeping unchanged the mechanism and the mounting systems described above, it is possible to think of rotating the curtain panel on an ovoid rather than triangular base. (table 2)

The result (14) will be that of obtaining two faces of different colors in which, thanks to the thickness created and by drilling the center of the bases of the panels (17), it will be possible to insert the lamp holders equally while a part of the two sheets will be perforated so to create the design to be illuminated.

The many advantages that derive from the invention are not only of a practical but also of a psychological nature. The colors as well as rebalance the dimensions and the disharmonious shapes of the rooms, also have a powerful psycho / physical influence as each nuance contains conscious and unconscious meanings amply demonstrated by specific studies on the subject, in more than fifty years. The power that color has on a person's mood and well-being is undisputed; it is well known that there are more or less exciting and more or less relaxing colors ... it would be nice to be able to change the "face" of a room according to the mood and state of the person simply by pulling a string! ... thinking about capturing more light by using bright colors on dull days and turning off the tones when there is no need I

Furthermore, every nuance is more suited to a specific housing solution rather than to a working condition or social coexistence. Think of workplaces, schools where the furniture, usually anonymous and of poor quality, draws pleasure from the balance between space, tone and light. The right "dosage" of all these elements can lead to a lower expenditure of energy and a better mental performance, favoring industriousness and making you forget fatigue and sleepiness. In environments such as hospitals, on the other hand, the color more than ever serves to raise morale and divert thoughts from the disease, positively affecting the improvement of mood and the therapeutic result.

The compositions that can be obtained are infinite and, thanks to a "detach and attach" system, one or all three colored panels can be replaced while maintaining the coupling structure. Think of the advantage that you would have in repainting the walls of a room with different shades and in being able to change the color of your curtain as and when you want without having to replace the whole structure.

CLAIMS The essential and new parts of the invention consist of: 1) Give thickness to a usually two-dimensional piece of furniture by inserting supports in the shape of an equilateral or ovoid triangle at the base of the vertical panels that make up the curtain; 2) The vertical panels are composed of interchangeable and replaceable fabric bands for shapes and colors with "detach and attach" systems; 3) Insertion of a low voltage electric current conduction system designed to create the effect of a lamp; 4) Possibility of creating artistic compositions, perforations, drawings or interchangeable commercial and advertising writings.
