Abstract

Un procedimento ed una apparecchiatura per la preparazione di fibre bicomponenti in cui un polimero (B), alimentato lateralmente rispetto al polimero (A) ed alla filiera (12), viene prima distribuito all'interno di canali trasversali (23) previsti in una prefiliera (14) e successivamente reindirizzato, attraverso fori (16), nella direzione di estrusione.I canali (23) svolgono la funzione di consentire il riarrangiamento della massa polimerica nella nuova distribuzione al di sopra della filiera, così da eliminare le discontinuità presenti sui valori delle grandezze chimico-fisiche di questa massa e che nascono dal cambiamento di direzione impressa a questa nel passare dai canali laterali (20, 22) a quelli trasversali (23).Viene garantito in tale modo il desiderio valore costante di queste grandezze, punto per punto all'interno della massa di polimero da inviare all'estrusione.
