Almeno una delle pareti (S1-S2) del sacco è composta da almeno un usuale foglio (1) di materia termoplastica, ad esempio di polietilene, dotato in una zona predeterminata di piccoli fori (2) chiusi da almeno un foglio filtrante (3) permeabile all'aria ma non al prodotto insaccato, di qualsiasi adatto materiale termosaldabile al foglio dinanzi detto e di preferenza posto sulla faccia interna di tale foglio ed a questo termosaldato con due o più dei propri lati. Tale foglio filtrante è di preferenza realizzato con un TNT commercializzato della Du Pont col marchio Tyvek o con un materiale equivalente.
