Il presente trovato ha come oggetto un dispositivo smorzante per ruote di ferrovie e metropolitane, e di veicoli su rotaia in genere, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un primo ed un secondo semianello, aventi sezione trasversale a conformazione angolare e realizzati in materiale metallico.I semianelli sono incollati su lato esterno della ruota, con l'interposizione di uno strato di materiale viscoelastico.Sono, inoltre, previsti mezzi di collegamento fra i semianelli.
