Abstract

Safety valve actuated by a pilot valve suitable for operation with liquids, with gases or with liquid/gas mixtures, comprising a main valve and a pilot valve which are connected together by means of a special cylindrical pin which has, formed in it, a hole and is designed to allow communication between the pilot valve and the chamber 22 of the main valve, in which there is provided, according to the invention, an internally hollow obturator 8 guided by a nozzle 7 over the whole of its stroke along a diameter which is equal to the sealing diameter and in which a narrow section 20 is provided between the inlet of the pilot valve and the sealing seats of the nozzle 7 and obturator 8 as well as between the said inlet and the chamber 22 of the main valve. <IMAGE>
