Abstract
The present invention relates to a cold storage heat exchanger and in particular to a cold storage heat exchanger which is arranged in an evaporator used in vehicle air conditioning devices such that a cold storage tube is provided between the refrigerant tubes such that the cold air stored in the cold storage tube is discharged when the air conditioner of a vehicle is operated while the engine is stopped thereby preventing a rapid increase in temperature inside the vehicle to thus increase air conditioning comfort for the user as well as to minimize the energy and time consumed for re cooling.
