18. A disposable device according to claim 17, wherein the pressure providing member comprises at least one expandable support arc, and a plurality of support arms coupled to said arc and wherein the transfer from said first to said second position is by opening of said support arc by the opening of said support arms and wherein the transition from said second to said first position is by closing of said support arc closing said support arms.
19. A disposable device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure providing member functions through pneumo-mechanical means.
20. A disposable device according to claim 17, wherein the pressure providing member comprises at least one balloon coupled to at least two support arms such that transition of the member from said first to said second position is by inflating the balloon so that the arms assume an extended configuration.
21. A disposable device according to claim 20, comprising one balloon having four support arms coupled thereto.
22. A disposable device according to claim 20, wherein the pressure providing member comprises a balloon, and wherein the balloon is coupled to two expandable support arms.
23. A disposable device according to claim 1, wherein the internal support structure comprises an elongated body and at least a star-shaped element . being the pressure providing member positioned on said elongated body in a substantially perpendicular manner.
24. A disposable device according to claim 23, wherein the elongated body is comprised of a flexible material.
25. A disposable device according to claim 23, wherein the internal support structure comprises one star-shape element being the pressure providing member and at least one additional star-shape element being the anchoring member .
26. A disposable device according to claim 23, wherein the internal support structure comprises two or three star-shaped elements.
27. A disposable device according to claim 23, wherein each star-shaped element comprises four prongs.
28. A disposable device according to claim 23, wherein at least one prong of the star-shaped element comprises an inflatable balloon located at the end thereof.
29. A disposable device according to claim 28, wherein said star-shaped element comprises four prongs, each prong having an inflatable balloon located at the end thereof.
30. A disposable device according to claim 29, wherein the star-shaped elements are interconnected via an elongated b ody, and wherein s aid elongated b ody and s aid star- shaped elements comprise an inflation passageway for enabling inflation of said inflatable balloons.
31. A disposable device according to claim 29, wherein the star-shaped elements are comprised of a flexible material such that when in said first collapsible position, said star-shaped elements assume a compressed state and when in said second expanded position, said star-shaped elements assume an expanded state.
