Abstract
Pyrazole derivatives of formula (I) are new. R1 = 1-4C alkyl; R2= 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkylthio, 1-4C alkylsulphinyl, 1-4C alkylsulphonyl or 1-4C alkoxy (all optionally substituted by one or more halo); or R1+R2 = (CH2)m; m is not defined, but is 4 in a dependent claim; R3 = H or halo; R4 = H or 1-4C alkyl; R5 = H, nitro, cyano, COOR7, C(=X)NR8R9 or C(=X)R10; R6 = 1-8C alkyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl, (3-7C cycloalkyl)(1-4C alkyl) (all optionally substituted by one or more Z, and/or interrupted by one or more O or S, provided that 7-8C alkyl is not unsubstituted), H, 2-6C alkenyl, 3-6C alkynyl, or Ph or Bz (both optionally substituted by halo, nitro, cyano, 1-4C alkoxy or 1-4C haloalkyl), and cycloalkyl may be substituted by one or Me; Z = halo, hydroxy, cyano, 1-4C alkoxy, 1-4C alkylthio, 1-4C alkoxycarbonyl, hydroxycarbonyl, 1-4C alkylcarbonyl-1-6C-alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl or 3-6 alkynyl; R7-R9 = H or 1-4C alkyl; or NR8R9 = morpholino, piperidino or pyrrolidino; R10 = H, 1-4C alkyl or 1-4C haloalkyl; X = O or S. N.B. The definitions given in R6 are ambiguous.
