Abstract

The essence of the invention is that in step b) the vibrating feeder (Q) is fed with pre-glued sheets of metal fibers (so that these sheets of fibers and/or the fibers are taken to the conveyor belt after their separation during step a), and the fibers are 25-60 kg/ m3 of fiber-free dry concrete raw material is fed and that in step c) the hydraulic binder is fed in a ratio of 180-400kg/m3 of fiber-free dry concrete raw material and the proportion of preparation water is determined in such a way that the mixer (80) continuously mixes a concrete mixture reinforced with fibers and compacted with cylinders release, the water content of which is between 90 and 150 l per cubic meter of fiber-free dry concrete material.
