The structure of the cyclic ketone peroxides according to the invention is expressed by the general formula (I), where the groups from R1 to R6 independently mean alkyl with 1-20 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 3-20 carbon atoms, aryl with 6-20 carbon atoms, C7-20 aralkyl or C7-20 alkaryl group, which groups can be linear or branched carbon chain groups; and R1-R6 groups can optionally be substituted with one or more hydroxyl, alkoxy, straight or branched alkyl, aryloxy, ester, carboxyl, nitrile or amido groups, with the stipulation that these peroxides present in the fuel they are present in an amount of at least 35% by weight based on the weight of total peroxides.
