Abstract
Postrojenje za silikatnu konglomeraciju solidifikata nastalog iz obrade muljeva i sličnih otpadnih vrsta ostvaruje tehničke uvjete da se smjesa dužim kretanjem po nagibnim linijama segmentnih pužnih transportera pretvara u suhi, hidrofobni, čvrsti i stabilni neutralni granulat povoljnog sfernog oblika i prikladnog stanja za transport, odlaganje, skladištenje i dalje iskorištavanje. To je postignuto fizikalnim stapanjem silikata sa toplim solidifikatom u otvorenim žljebovima nagibnih segmentnih pužnih transportera, te dijelom u kemijskoj transformaciji kalcija iz solidifikata i silicija iz silikatnog praha pri oslobađanju vodene pare iz uređaja za konglomeraciju.The plant for silicate conglomeration of solidifiers resulting from the treatment of sludge and similar waste types meets the technical conditions for the mixture to be transformed into dry, hydrophobic, solid and stable neutral granulate of favorable spherical shape and suitable condition for transport, disposal, storage and storage. and further exploitation.
