Claims (10)
1. Postupak za kontinuiranu, polukontinuiranu ili serijsku obradu otpada koji sadrži polikondenzate, naročito polietilen tereftalat, poliamid 6, poliamid 6.6, polibutilen tereftalat ili polipropilen tereftalat, koji imaju sadržaj poliolefina manji od 50% (tež./tež.), koji obuhvaća
- prvu fazu obrade otpada pranjem i usitnjavanjem do veličine čestica od <3 mm, odnosno <14 mm,
- fazu kontinuirane bazne depolimerizacije pomoću temperiranog ekstrudera, u kojoj se, pored otpada iz prve faze, kao još jedan edukt dodaje i alkohol koji nastaje kao produkt depolimerizacije, naročito monoetilen glikol, kao i NaOH i eventualno voda, ali ne i druge reaktivne komponente,
- fazu obrade efluenta iz faze bazne depolimerizacije sa jednim ili više koraka odabranih iz grupe koju čine pranje, odvajanje čvrsto/tekuće, taloženje, rastvaranje, koji se koriste jednom ili više puta, i
- fazu kisele depolimerizacije, pomoću reakcijske posude koja radi kontinuirano ili polukontinuirano ili serijski, u koju se pored otpada iz prve faze dodaje kiselina,
- fazu obrade efluenta iz faze kisele depolimerizacije sa jednim ili više koraka odabranih iz grupe koju čine ispiranje, odvajanje čvrsto/tekuće, taloženje, rastvaranje, rekristalizacija, destilacija, koji se koriste jednom ili više puta, i
- korak prijenosa između dvije depolimerizacije ili između faze obrade i depolimerizacije.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, u kojem se, u koraku bazne depolimerizacije, MEG dodaje sa takvim masenim protokom da odnos masenog protoka otpada prema MEG iznosi najmanje 3, naročito oko 3.3, i/ili se NaOH dodaje sa takvim masenim protokom da stehiometrijski odnos prema polialkilen tereftalatu, po strukturnoj jedinici koja se ponavlja, iznosi najmanje 2, naročito oko 2.4.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, u kojem se korak bazne depolimerizacije sprovodi pri temperaturi ispod točke raspadanja polialkilen tereftalata i/ili ispod točke ključanja monoetilen glikola, naročito pri 160°C.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojem se reakcijska mješavina tokom bazne depolimerizacije gnječi i/ili miješa i/ili transportira i/ili povratno transportira.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojem se jedan ili više koraka provode pod inertnim plinom.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojem se putem koraka prijenosa između bazne i kisele depolimerizacije filterski kolač dobiven odvajanjem čvrsto/tekuće koje je provedeno na efluentu bazne depolimerizacije, prevodi kao edukt u kiselu depolimerizaciju.
7. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojem se putem koraka prijenosa između kisele i bazne depolimerizacije filterski kolač dobiven odvajanjem čvrsto/tekuće koje je provedeno na efluentu kisele depolimerizacije, prevodi kao edukt u baznu depolimerizaciju.
8. Uređaj za sprovođenje postupka za ponovnu obradu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, koji sadrži prvi reaktorski kontejner za baznu depolimerizaciju, sa sredstvima za obradu efluenta reaktora koja slijede tokom odvijanja procesa, drugi reaktorski kontejner za kiselu depolimerizaciju, sa sredstvima za obradu efluenta reaktora koja slijede tokom odvijanja procesa, kao i sredstvo za prijenos efluenta reaktora u drugi reaktorski kontejner.
9. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što sredstva za obradu obuhvaćaju sredstva za destilaciju, sredstva za razdvajanje čvrsto/tekuće, sredstva za ispiranje, sredstva za kristalizaciju i sredstva za temperaturu.
10. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 9, naznačen time što sredstva za prijenos obuhvaćaju sredstva za ispiranje, sredstva za sušenje i sredstva za razdvajanje čvrsto/tekuće.
