Claims (29)

1. Pripravak koji se može koristiti u strukturnom ljepilu, pri čemu navedeni pripravak sadrži (težinski): (a) između 35% i 60% najmanje jednog (met)akrilatnog monomera, koji uključuje i. najmanje 20 % molekule opće formule (I), molekulu opće formule (II) ili smjesu molekula opće formule (I) i (II) [image] pri čemu su R, R1 i R2 redom i neovisno H ili CH3, ii. najmanje 5% jednog ili više drugih (met)akrilatnih monomera, (b) od 8 do 30% % čestica formiranih od termoplastične ljuske i elastomerne jezgre (c) između 9 i 15 % elastomernog blok kopolimera koji sadrži stiren i najmanje jedan drugi monomer ili smjese takvih blok kopolimera (d) između 5 i 25% elastomera, odabranog između nefunkcionaliziranog polibutadiena, polibutadiena s karboksilnim završetkom, polibutadiena s vinilnim završetkom, metakriliranog polibutadiena, poliizoprena, polikloroprena, kopolimera butadien-akrilonitril i njihovih smjesa; pri čemu je zbroj postotaka spojeva (b), (c) i (d) najmanje 35%.
2. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedeni monomer formule (I) ili i (II) smjesa 1,3-dioksan-5-il metakrilata i 1,3-dioksolan-4-ilmetil metakrilata.
3. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što sadrži između 25 i 35% monomera opće formule (I) ili (II) i najmanje 10% drugog monomera.
4. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je drugi monomer odabran iz skupine koju čine izobornil metakrilat, 2-etilheksil metakrilat, 2-etilheksil akrilat, 2-hidroksietil metakrilat, 2-hidroksipropil metakrilat, lauril metakrilat, esteri na bazi polietilen glikola i smjese tih estera.
5. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što sadrži najmanje 5% 2-etilheksil akrilata.
6. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što čestice (b), elastomerni blok kopolimer (c) i elastomer (d) sadrže butadien.
7. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što sadrži 15 do 25% čestica koje se sastoje od termoplastične ljuske i elastomerne jezgre (b).
8. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što sadrži između 9 i 12% elastomernog blok kopolimera (c).
9. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što sadrži između 10 i 25% elastomera (d).
10. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što su čestice (b) odabrane između čestica akrilonitril-butadien-stirena, metakrilat-butadien-stirena, metakrilat-akrilonitrila-butadien-stirena, metakrilat-akrilonitrila i njihovih smjesa.
11. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je količina čestica formiranih od termoplastične ljuske i elastomerne jezgre (ljuske jezgre) (b) manja ili jednaka 26%.
12. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što je drugi monomer elastomernog blok kopolimera (c) odabran između izoprena i butadiena.
13. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što je elastomerni blok kopolimer (c) odabran između SIS, SBS, SIBS, SEBS i njihovih smjesa.
14. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što je navedeni elastomer (d) odabran između nefunkcionaliziranog polibutadiena, polibutadiena funkcionaliziranog karboksilnim krajevima, polibutadiena funkcionaliziranog vinilnim krajevima, poliizoprena, polikloroprena i smjesa ovih elemenata.
15. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što također sadrži amin odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od toluidina, anilina i supstituiranih ili nesupstituiranih fenola.
16. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time što također sadrži kristalno ljubičasti lakton ili 4,4',4" metilidnetris (N, N-dimetilanilin).
17. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 16, naznačen time što također sadrži promotor adhezije na bazi fosfatnog estera, poželjno metakriliran.
18. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što je navedeni promotor adhezije na bazi fosfatnog estera 2-hidroksietil metakrilat fosfat ester ili smjesa 2-hidroksietil metakrilat mono- i di-fosfat estera.
19. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži monomer metalnog akrilata.
20. Pripravak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 19, naznačen time što također sadrži najmanje jedan dodatni spoj odabran između reološkog sredstva, kiselog monomera, trimetilolpropan trimetakrilata i tris (2-hidroksi etil) izocijanurat triakrilata.
21. Dvokomponentno strukturno ljepilo koje sadrži: a. pripravak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 20, i b. sredstvo katalizatora polimerizacije, za dodavanje navedenom pripravku za iniciranje polimerizacije met(akrilatnih) monomera, koje sadrži inicijator polimerizacije slobodnih radikala.
22. Dvokomponentno strukturno ljepilo prema zahtjevu 21, naznačen time što je sredstvo za iniciranje polimerizacije slobodnih radikala prisutno u sredstvu katalizatora polimerizacije peroksid, naročito benzoil peroksid, i što sadrži između 5 i 40% (poželjno između 10 i 20%) težinski sredstva za iniciranje polimerizacije.
23. Dvokomponentno strukturno ljepilo prema zahtjevu 21 ili 22, naznačen time što navedeni katalizator polimerizacije također sadrži epoksidirani silan, pri čemu je navedeni epoksidirani silan između 1 i 30% težinski.
24. Dvokomponentno strukturno ljepilo prema jednom od zahtjeva 21 do 23, naznačen time što katalizator polimerizacije dodatno sadrži epoksidnu smolu.
25. Dvokomponentno strukturno ljepilo prema zahtjevima 21 do 24, naznačeno time što katalizator polimerizacije dodatno sadrži mineralna punila.
26. Uložak za nanošenje dvokomponentnog strukturnog ljepila prema jednom od zahtjeva 21 do 25, koji sadrži i. odjeljak koji sadrži navedenu (met)akrilnu smolu koja sadrži akrilatne ili metakrilatne monomere prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 20 ii. drugi odjeljak koji sadrži navedeno sredstvo katalizatora polimerizacije
27. Kombinirana upotreba smole prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 20 i sredstva katalizatora koji sadrži radikal peroksidnog tipa kao inicijator polimerizacije u postupku za lijepljenje jednog materijala na drugi materijal.
28. Upotreba prema zahtjevu 27, naznačena time što je najmanje jedan materijal metalan.
29. Postupak lijepljenja prvog materijala na drugi materijal, naznačen time što uključuje korake i. nanošenje pripravaka prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 20, pomiješanog sa sredstvom katalizatora polimerizacije koji sadrži inicijator polimerizacije slobodnih radikala, na prvi materijal, i ii. nanošenje drugog materijala preko prvog materijala, dva materijala se lijepe jedan na drugi nakon polimerizacije smole.
