Claims (14)
1. Postrojenje za obradu otpada, posebno otpada iz laboratorija za medicinsku analizu, koje uključuje opremu (2) za prethodnu obradu otpada namijenjenu za promjenu najmanje jedne fizičke i/ili kemijske karakteristike otpada, najmanje jedan reakcijski spremnik (3) koji se nalazi iza navedene opreme (2) za prethodnu obradu, i najmanje jedan sustav za filtriranje (4) koji se nalazi iza navedenog reakcijskog spremnika (3), naznačeno time što navedena oprema (2) za prethodnu obradu uključuje sustav (12) za obradu otpada s ozonom, navedeni sustav (12) sadrži generator ozona (13) osmišljen za uvođenje ozona u mješač (14) ozona s otpadom i spremnik za obradu (15) spojen na navedeni mješač ozona (14), pri čemu mješač ozona (14) sadrži Venturijevu cijev (16) i cijev (17) smještenu iza navedene Venturijeve cijevi, pri čemu je navedena cijev (17) konfigurirana poput serpentine da održava otpad pod prethodno određenim tlakom.
2. Postrojenje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time što navedena oprema (2) za prethodnu obradu sadrži sustav zagrijavanja (6) za otpad.
3. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što sadrži sustav (12) za naknadnu obradu otpada s ozonom, smješten iza reakcijskog spremnika (3).
4. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što navedeni filtracijski sustav (4) sadrži prvu skupinu (9) s mehaničkim filtrom, pri čemu filtar unutar sebe ima filtarske rukavce koji zaustavljaju kruti dio otpada, i drugu skupinu (10) s filtarskim uloškom.
5. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što sadrži najmanje jedan Redox senzor unutar navedenog reakcijskog spremnika (3).
6. Metoda za obradu otpada, posebno otpada iz laboratorija za medicinsku analizu, koja sadrži korake:
a) prethodne obrade otpada kako bi se promijenilo najmanje jedno fizičko i/ili kemijsko svojstvo otpada;
b) uvođenja otpada u reakcijski spremnik (3);
c) uvođenja najmanje jednog reagensa u navedeni reakcijski spremnik (3) da se smanji opterećenje zagađenja u otpadu;
d) filtracija otpada koji dolazi iz navedenog reakcijskog spremnika (3);
e) ispuštanje filtriranog otpada, naznačeno time što korak prethodne obrade uključuje uvođenje ozona iz generatora ozona (13) u mješač (14) ozona s otpadom, pri čemu je mješač ozona (14) spojen na spremnik za obradu (15) otpada i sadrži Venturijevu cijev (16) i cijev (17) smještenu iza navedene Venturijeve cijevi (16), pri čemu je navedena cijev (17) konfigurirana poput serpentine da održava otpad pod prethodno određenim tlakom.
7. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačena time što korak prethodne obrade otpada sadrži zagrijavanje otpada.
8. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 6-7, naznačena time što se navedeni korak filtracije otpada odvija neposredno nakon koraka reakcije.
9. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 6-8, naznačena time što navedeni korak filtracije otpada uključuje uvođenje otpada iz reakcijskog spremnika (3) najprije u prvu filtracijsku skupinu (9) s mehaničkim filtrom za blokiranje krutog ostatka otpada, pri čemu filtar unutar sebe ima filtarske rukavce koji zaustavljaju kruti dio otpada, a zatim u drugu filtracijsku skupinu (10) s filtarskim uloškom.
10. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 6-7, naznačena time što se navedeni korak filtracije odvija nakon taloženja otpada u reakcijskom spremniku (3), na takav način da se pročišćeni otpad odvaja od otpada koji sadrži čvrste suspenzije unutar reakcijskog spremnika (3).
11. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačena time što se nakon taloženja otpad koji sadrži krute suspenzije uvodi u prvu filtracijsku skupinu (9) s mehaničkim filtrom, pri čemu filtar unutar sebe ima filtarske rukavce koji zaustavljaju kruti dio otpada, a zatim u drugu filtracijsku skupinu (10) s filtarskim uloškom, a pročišćeni otpad se uvodi izravno u drugu filtracijsku skupinu (10) s filtarskim uloškom.
12. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 9 ili 11, naznačena time što kontrolira protok filtracije i/ili tlak unutar navedene prve skupine (9) s mehaničkim filtrom.
13. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva od 6 do 12, naznačena time što uključuje korak naknadne obrade otpada ozonom nakon koraka filtracije i prethodno koraku ispuštanja.
14. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva od 6 do 13, naznačena time što kontrolira početak reakcije pomoću Redox senzora smještenog unutar navedenog reakcijskog spremnika (3).
