Claims (16)
1. Sastav premaza na bazi otapala koji sadrži:
i) od 15 – 40% masenog udjela poliesterske smole,
ii) od 5 – 15% masenog udjela guanamin formaldehidne smole bez poliesterskih skupina,
iii) od 22 – 72% masenog udjela otapala s točkom vrelišta od 50 – 98ºC pri atmosferskom tlaku i
iv) katalizator stvrdnjavanja
pri čemu je % masenog udjela relativan u odnosu na ukupnu masu sastava.
2. Sastav premaza na bazi otapala iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, koji obuhvaća manje od 8% masenog udjela otapala s točkom vrelišta > 120 ºC pri atmosferskom tlaku.
3. Sastav premaza na bazi otapala iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što barem 75% masenog udjela poliesterske smole ima kiselinsku vrijednost od 0,5 – 10 mg KOH/g i hidroksilnu vrijednost od 0,5 – 100 mg KOH/g.
4. Sastav premaza na bazi otapala iz jednog od patentnih zahtjeva 1 – 3, naznačen time što je barem 75% masenog udjela poliesterske smole zastupljeno linearnom zasićenom poliesterskom smolom s Tg vrijednošću ispod 90 ºC, gdje se Tg mjeri korištenjem diferencijalne pretražne kalorimetrije (DSC).
5. Sastav premaza na bazi otapala iz jednog od patentnih zahtjeva 1 – 4, naznačen time što je barem 75% masenog udjela guanamin formaldehidne smole zastupljeno alkilnom benzoguamin formaldehidnom smolom.
6. Sastav premaza na bazi otapala iz jednog od patentnih zahtjeva 1 – 5, naznačen time što katalizator stvrdnjavanja obuhvaća spoj koji sadrži sulfonsku kiselinu.
7. Sastav premaza na bazi otapala iz jednog od patentnih zahtjeva 1 – 6, naznačen time što sastav dalje obuhvaća barem 8% masenog udjela pigmenata.
8. Metoda nanošenja barem dva sloja premaza na supstrat, naznačena time što su uključeni sljedeći koraci:
korak 1: prvi sloj sastava premaza prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 – 7 koji sadrži pigment se nanosi na supstrat,
korak 2: supstrat premazan na taj način se zagrijava na vršnu temperaturu metala (PMT) od najviše 100 ºC,
korak 3: nakon koraka 2, drugi sloj sastava premaza prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 – 6 se nanosi na prvi sloj supstrata,
korak 4: nakon koraka 3, premazan supstrat se zagrijava na vršnu temperaturu metala od barem 200 ºC.
9. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time što je supstrat metalna folija ili folija legure metala.
10. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 8 ili 9, naznačena time što je drugi sloj u koraku 3 osiguran prozirnim premazom.
11. Metoda prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 8 – 10, naznačena time što se, nakon koraka 3, supstrat premazan na taj način zagrijava na vršnu temperaturu metala (PMT) od najviše 100 ºC i poslije toga, ali prije koraka 4, premazan supstrat se dalje mehanički tretira namotavanjem.
12. Metoda prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 8 – 11, naznačena time što se nakon koraka 3, ali prije koraka 4, na premazan supstrat nanosi barem jedan daljnji sastav premaza koji sadrži pigment prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 – 7 i poslije toga, ali prije koraka 4, supstrat premazan na taj način se zagrijava na vršnu temperaturu metala (PMT) od najviše 100 ºC.
13. Neposredan industrijski proizvod koji se može proizvesti postupkom koji je u skladu s metodom iz patentnih zahtjeva 8 – 12, pod uvjetom da navedena metoda prestaje nakon koraka 3, ali prije koraka 4, zagrijavanjem premazanog supstrata na vršnu temperaturu metala (PMT) od najviše 100 ºC.
14. Neposredan industrijski proizvod prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, koji je pružen od strane zavojnice.
15. Proizvod ili element izrađenog proizvoda koji se može izraditi metodom prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 8 – 12.
16. Element izrađenog proizvoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 15, koji oblikuje sastavni dio spremnika za kuhanje koji je bio mehanički tretiran dubokim izvlačenjem.
