Claims (15)
1. Ručni esteziometar (1), koji sadrži
- plinski spremnik (4), povezan međusklopom prvog ventilskog sredstva (5) do izvora (2) plina, koje sadrži proširivu šupljinu (6) namijenjenu da primi volumen plina (3) u fazi punjenja (A) esteziometra, proširiva šupljina (6) ima pomičnu stijenku (6a);
- izlaznu mlaznicu (12), povezanu s plinskim spremnikom (4) međusklopom drugog ventilskog sredstva (13), prikladnu za usmjeravanje ispuha (14) volumena plina (3) smještenog u plinskom spremniku (4) u fazi pražnjenja (C) esteziometra prema meti, primjerice rožnici pacijenta;
i
- mehanizam (7) koji osigurava, u prethodno spomenutoj fazi pražnjenja (C) esteziometra, oslobađanje ispuha (14) volumena plina (3) sadržanog u plinskom spremniku (4) u smjeru izlazne mlaznice (12) pomoću kontrolirane kontrakcije proširive šupljine (6) plinskog spremnika kako bi se osigurao uglavnom konstantan izlazni tlak, spomenuti mehanizam (7) sadrži
- sredstvo za akumulaciju elastične potencijalne energije (8), koje akumulira potencijalnu energiju od učinaka ekspanzije proširive šupljine (6) tijekom faze punjenja (A) esteziometra i koje može osloboditi spomenutu potencijalnu energiju u fazi pražnjenja (C) esteziometra,
- i prijenosno sredstvo (9) koje mehanički povezuje pomičnu stijenku (6a) i sredstvo za akumulaciju elastične potencijalne energije (8), prethodno spomenuto prijenosno sredstvo (9) uključuje prijenos zupčastom letvom te zupčanikom, pri čemu je dio zupčaste letve (10) spojen na pomičnu stijenku (6a) proširive šupljine (6) a dio zupčanika (11) spojen na sredstvo za pohranu akumulaciju elastične energije (8), a sve na način da
- u fazi punjenja (A) esteziometra, tijekom koje plin (3) ulazi u proširivu šupljinu (6), ekspanzija spomenute proširive šupljine (6) dobiva se pomicanjem njene pomične stijenke (6a), zauzvrat pomičući dio zupčastve letve (10) u prvom smjeru koji osigurava rotaciju dijela zupčanika (11) oko rotacijskog vratila (11a) i u smjeru punjenja sredstva za akumulaciju elastične potencijalne energije (8); i
- u fazi pražnjenja (C) esteziometra, pri spajanju proširive komore (6) na izlaznu mlaznicu (12), sredstvo za akumulaciju elastične energije (8) oslobađa akumuliranu potencijalnu energiju primjenom momenta sile (M) na dio zupčanika (11) koji osigurava pomicanje dijela zupčaste letve (10) u smjeru suprotnom od prvog a što rezultira pomicanjem pomične stijenke (6a) proširive šupljine (6) u ovom slučaju u smjeru njene kontrakcije, izbacujući ispuh (14) plina iz volumena plina (3) akumuliranog unutar nje tijekom faze punjenja (A).1. - means for accumulating elastic potential energy (8), which accumulates potential energy from the effects of the expansion of the expandable cavity (6) during the filling phase (A) of the aesthesiometer and which can release said potential energy during the discharge phase (C) of the aesthesiometer,
- and a transmission means (9) that mechanically connects the movable wall (6a) and a means for accumulating elastic potential energy (8), the previously mentioned transmission means (9) includes transmission by a rack and pinion, whereby part of the rack (10) is connected on the movable wall (6a) of the expandable cavity (6) and part of the gear (11) is connected to the means for storing the accumulation of elastic energy (8), all in such a way that
- in the filling phase (A) of the aesthesiometer, during which the gas (3) enters the expandable cavity (6), the expansion of the said expandable cavity (6) is obtained by moving its movable wall (6a), in turn moving part of the toothed rack (10) in the first in the direction that ensures the rotation of the gear part (11) around the rotary shaft (11a) and in the direction of filling the elastic potential energy accumulation means (8); and
- in the discharge phase (C) of the aesthesiometer, when connecting the expandable chamber (6) to the output nozzle (12), the means for accumulating elastic energy (8) releases the accumulated potential energy by applying a moment of force (M) to the part of the gear (11) that ensures movement part of the toothed rack (10) in the direction opposite to the first, which results in the movement of the movable wall (6a) of the expandable cavity (6) in this case in the direction of its contraction, ejecting the exhaust (14) of gas from the volume of gas (3) accumulated inside it during the phase filling (A).
2. esteziometar nadalje sadrži sredstva za detekciju (19) ekspanzije proširive šupljine (6) plinskog spremnika (4) koja su u stanju generirati upravljački signal prvog ventilskog sredstva (5) a pri čemu prelaze iz zauzimanja položaja punjenja (5b) do zauzimanja položaja zatvaranja (5a) kada prethodno spomenuta proširiva šupljina (6) dosegne mjeru ekspanzije koja odgovara unaprijed određenom volumenu (V1) plina (3) povezanu sa pražnjenjem esteziometra te završetkom faze punjenja (A).5.
