Claims (16)
1. Postupak uklanjanja tinte s obloženog papira ili kartona, naznačen time što se sastoji u sljedećim koracima:
(i) osiguravanja obloženog papira ili kartona koji sadrži:
(a) najmanje jedan sloj, koji se sastoji od mješavine za oblaganje koja sadrži:
(a1) glinu s izmijenjenim kalcijem ili magnezijem, gdje je sadržaj gline s izmijenjenim kalcijem ili magnezijem (a1) u mješavini za oblaganje u rasponu od 3 do 15 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine mješavine za oblaganje;
(a2) vezivo, gdje je vezivo karboksimetilceluloza topljiva u vodi, te gdje je sadržaj veziva (a2) u mješavini za oblaganje u rasponu od 0,1 do 12 % težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine mješavine za oblaganje;
(b) najmanje jedan sloj s debljinom u rasponu od 0,1 do 10 µm koji sadrži tintu;
gdje je sloj (a) deponiran na papir ili karton prije sloja (b);
(ii) aktiviranja gline s izmijenjenim kalcijem ili magnezijem prije ili u koraku (iii) osiguravanjem veziva (a2) u koraku (i), gdje je vezivo (a2) topljivo u vodi i sadrži jednovalentne ione, koje se bira iz skupine koju čine natrijev, litijev, kalijev, amonijev ion i njihove smjese, gdje vezivo (a2) topljivo u vodi sadrži natrijeve ione u suvišku u odnosu na kalcijeve ili magnezijeve ione;
(iii) obrade obloženog papira ili kartona kao što je dano u koraku (i) vodom kako bi se dobilo vodenu suspenziju koji u najmanju ruku sadrži tintu, čestice gline i papirnu pulpu ili papirni ostatak.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što postupak uključuje dodatni korak (iv) odvajanja papira ili kartona od vodene suspenzije dobivene u koraku (iii).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je glina nanoglina s izmijenjenim kalcijem, koju se bira iz skupine koju čine bentonit, smektit, montmorijonit i njihove smjese, a po mogućnosti je bentonit.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što mješavina za oblaganje sadrži drugo vezivo, koje se dispergira u vodi, po mogućnosti vezivo na bazi lateksa.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što obloženi papir sadrži najmanje jedan sloj (c), koji sadrži 1 do 30 g/m2, po mogućnosti od 5 do 20 g/m2, a poželjnije 6 do 15 g/m2 materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što se materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat bira između usitnjenog kalcijevog karbonata, istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata, površinski modificiranog kalcijevog karbonata, ili njihova smjesa, a po mogućnosti je prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačen time što se materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat bira između prirodnih izvora kalcijevog karbonata, a po mogućnosti se bira iz skupine koju čine mramor, vapnenac, kreda, dolomit, te njihove smjese.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je debljina najmanje jednog sloja tinte u rasponu od 0,75 do 5 µm, a po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0,9 do 2,1 µm.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se vodu primijenjenu u koraku (iii) bira iz skupine koju čine voda iz slavine, deionizirana voda i njihove smjese, po mogućnosti je voda iz slavine, poželjnije je voda iz slavine koja sadrži natrijeve ione, još poželjnije je voda iz slavine koja sadrži natrijeve ione u suvišku u odnosu na kalcijeve ili magnezijeve ione.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što se mehaničko struganje površine papira ili kartona provodi u koraku (iii).
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je sadržaj gline s izmijenjenim kalcijem ili magnezijem (a1) u mješavini za oblaganje u rasponu od 5 do 12 %, težinski, a najpoželjnije od 5 do 10 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine mješavine za oblaganje, i/ili
što je težina obloge najmanje jednog sloja (a) od 0,1 do 20 g/m2, po mogućnosti 1 do 10 g/m2.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što je sadržaj veziva (a2) u mješavini za oblaganje u rasponu od 0,2 do 5 %, težinski, još poželjnije od 0,3 do 2,0 %, težinski, a najpoželjnije od 0,5 do 1,5 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine mješavine za oblaganje.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što je tinta u sloju (b) tinta za digitalni tisak, koju se bira iz skupine koju čine tinte za mlazne pisače na bazi tinte ili bojila, tinte i/ili toneri za laserski tisak, ofsetne tinte, fleksografske tinte, tinte za rotogravuru i njihove smjese.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što postupak dodatno uključuje korake:
(v) prenašanja vodenih suspenzija kao što su dobivene u koraku (iii) ili (iv) u flotacijsku ćeliju; i/ili
(vi) dodavanja najmanje jednog sredstva za prikupljanje u vodene suspenzije kao što su dobivene u koraku (iii), (iv) ili (v); i
(vii) propuštanja plina za flotaciju kroz vodenu suspenziju dobivenu u koraku (vi) kako bi se dobilo fazu koja sadrži vodu i pjenu koji sadrži glinu i tintu; i
(viii) odvajanja pjene kao što je dobivena u koraku (vii) od vode.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačen time što se najmanje jedno sredstvo za prikupljanje bira iz skupine koju čine modificirani polietilenimini, aktivni i hidrofobni tenzidi, po mogućnosti ksantat ili tiofosfati, alkil-sulfati, polialkilenimini, primarni amini, tercijarni amini, kvaternarni amini, masni amini, esterkvati, poliesterkvats, te imidazolini ili kvaternarni imidazolijski spojevi, po mogućnosti kvaternarni imidazolijevi metosulfati, a najpoželjniji su modificirani polietilenimini.
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14 ili 15, naznačen time što je sadržaj najmanje jednog sredstva za prikupljanje u rasponu od 0,001 do 50 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine krutina u vodenoj suspenziji kao što je dano u koraku (iii) ili (iv), po mogućnosti od 0,002 do 20 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine za težinu čestica gline i izbornih drugih punila, poželjnije u rasponu od 0,05 do 0,8 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine za težinu krutina u vodenoj suspenziji kao što je dano u koraku (iii) ili (iv), a najpoželjnije u rasponu od 0,02 do 0,1 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine za težinu krutina u vodenoj suspenziji kao što je dano u koraku (iii) ili (iv).
