Claims (10)
1. Uređaj (1) za čišćenje kontaminiranih smjesa krutina-tekućina, koji sadrži:
• najmanje jedan prvi cjevovod (2) za dovod tekućine, gdje je poželjna voda,
• najmanje jedan drugi cjevovod (3) za dovod smjese krutina-tekućina, gdje je poželjna vlaknasta suspenzija, a naročito je poželjna suspenzija od papirnih vlakana,
• najmanje jedan treći cjevovod (4), koji spaja prvi i drugi cjevovod (2, 3) i sadrži najmanje jedan element za miješanje (5), koji djeluje prema Venturijevom principu,
• pri čemu element za miješanje (5) ima dva suprotno usmjerena stošca (7, 11), koji se svaki otvara s njihovim malim prolaznim otvorom u komoru (9) tvoreći šupljinu, dok uzrokuju skok veličine poprečnog presjeka prolaznog otvora, pri čemu je područje otvora u komoru (9) koje tvori šupljinu konstruirano tako da se mali prolazni otvor (12, 13) svakog od konusa (7, 11) nastavlja u ne-stožast dio linije (8, 10) na način koji odgovara poprečnom presjeku malih prolaznih otvora (12, 13), pri čemu se ti konusni dijelovi crte (8, 10) otvaraju u navedenu komoru (9) između stožaca (7, 11) na mjestima na kojima dolazi do skoka veličine poprečnog presjeka prolaznog otvora, veliki prolazni otvor prvog konusa (7) je spojen putem trećeg cjevovoda (4) na prvi cjevovod (2) i veliki prolazni otvor drugog konusa (11) je spojen putem trećeg cjevovoda (4) na drugi cjevovod (2), mali prolazni otvor (12) prvog konusa (7) je oblikovan između 20 i 40% manji nego mali prolazni otvor (13) drugog konusa (11) i dva suprotno usmjerena stošca (7, 11) i ne-konusni dijelovi linije su raspoređeni u uzdužnom aksijalnom poravnanju,
• najmanje jedan četvrti cjevovod (6) za dovođenje plina, poželjno zraka, pri čemu se četvrti cjevovod (6) otvara u komoru (9) elementa za miješanje (5) tvoreći šupljinu, te
• najmanje jedan frakcionator smješten nizvodno od drugog cjevovoda (3) za uklanjanje pjene nastale flotacijom.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1,
naznačen time što
se treći cjevovod (4) otvara u drugi cjevovod (3) pod kutom od 90°±45°.
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 2,
naznačen time što
se treći cjevovod (4) otvara u drugi cjevovod (3) pod kutom od 45° u smjeru strujanja ili suprotno smjeru strujanja drugog cjevovoda.
4. Uređaj prema patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 3,
naznačen time što
uređaj (1) sadrži daljnje cjevovode (4) s elementom za miješanje (5), koji su smješteni u obliku kaskade i smješteni nizvodno od otvora trećeg cjevovoda (4) u drugi cjevovod (3).
5. Postupak za čišćenje kontaminiranih smjesa krutina-tekućina, gdje su poželjne kontaminirane suspenzije vlakana, a naročito je poželjna suspenzija od papirnih vlakana, koji obuhvaća korake:
• dovođenje tekućine, gdje je poželjna voda, u Venturijev element za miješanje (5) sa svojstvima navedenim u zahtjevu 1,
• dovođenje plina, po mogućnosti zraka, u Venturijev element za miješanje (5),
• obogaćivanje tekućine mjehurićima plina u Venturijevom elementu za miješanje (5) na način da tekućina prolazi, kao struja tekućine, komoru (9), smještenu u elementu za miješanje (5), u koji se dovodi plin,
• dovođenje tekućine obogaćene mjehurićima plina u kontaminiranu smjesu krutina-tekućina, pri čemu tekućina obogaćena mjehurićima plina ima veću brzinu strujanja od smjese krutina-tekućina,
• miješanje tekućine obogaćene mjehurićima plina zajedno sa smjesom krutina-tekućina, pri čemu se nečistoće i kontaminanti odvajaju od krutine u smjesi krutina-tekućina kinetičkom energijom mjehurića plina i nakupljaju na mjehurićima plina, pri čemu mjehurići plina naknadno uklanjanju nečistoće i kontaminante iz smjese krutina-tekućina kao pjena, i
• odvajanje smjese krutina-tekućina i pjene u naknadnom procesu flotacije.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5,
naznačen time što
je tekućina obogaćena s mjehurićima plina tako da tekućina obogaćena s mjehurićima plina ima omjer plina prema tekućini od 1-4:1, pri čemu je poželjno 1:1.
7. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 5 do 6,
naznačen time što
tekućina u prvom cjevovodu (2) struji brzinom strujanja od 1 m/s do 5 m/s.
8. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 5 do 7,
naznačen time što
smjesa krutina-tekućina u drugom cjevovodu (3) struji brzinom strujanja od < 4 m/s.
9. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 5 do 8,
naznačen time što
tekućina obogaćena mjehurićima plina struji nizvodno od Venturijevog elementa za miješanje (5) s brzinom strujanja od 5-40 m/s, poželjno 5-25 m/s, pri čemu prednost ima 9-25 m/s.
10. Uporaba uređaja u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4 i postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 9 naznačen time što je za čišćenje kontaminirane smjese krutina-tekućina.
