Claims (14)
1. Uređaj (100) za tretiranje tekućina namijenjen tretiranju supstance u obliku tekućine, koji sadrži:
komoru (104) reaktora određenu ogradnim zidom (103);
dovod za tekućinu koji ima dovodni priključak prilagođen da osigura protočnu vezu iz vanjskog izvora supstance u obliku tekućine koju je potrebno tretirati u navedenoj komori (104) reaktora, čime navedena supstanca u obliku tekućine prelazi u i kroz navedenu komoru reaktora;
odvod za tekućinu koji ima odvodni priključak prilagođen da osigura protočnu vezu iz navedene komore (104) reaktora, čime navedena supstanca u obliku tekućine napušta navedenu komoru reaktora;
najmanje jedan valovod (120, 122) za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR) koji ima optičko sučelje koje sadrži prvi element (124) sučelja operativno spregnuto sa ulaznim priključkom valovoda i drugi element (126) sučelja operativno spregnuto sa izlaznim priključkom valovoda, gdje su navedeni ulazni priključak i izlazni priključak valovoda operativno spregnuti za dijametralno suprotne lokacije na navedenom ogradnom zidu navedene komore reaktora i prilagođeni da spregnu elektromagnetno zračenje unaprijed određene prve valne dužine sa supstancom u obliku tekućine koja prolazi kroz navedenu komoru reaktora, i
gdje su navedeni ogradni zid (103) navedene komore (104) reaktora, navedeni dovod tekućine i navedeni odvod tekućine tako oblikovani da se navedena supstanca u obliku tekućine, koja se prima iz navedenog dovoda za tekućine, prisiljava da prati neprekidni vijugavi tok prilikom prolaska kroz navedenu komoru reaktora prema navedenom odvodnom priključku reaktora, i gdje je navedeni dovodni priključak za tekućinu prilagođen da promijeni početni pritisak tekućine navedene supstance u obliku tekućine na unaprijed određeni prvi pritisak tekućine prilikom prolaska kroz navedeni dovodni priključak za tekućinu u navedenu komoru reaktora, i gdje je navedeni odvodni priključak za tekućinu prilagođen da promijeni pritisak tekućine u komori navedene supstance u obliku tekućine na unaprijed određeni drugi pritisak tekućine prilikom prolaska kroz navedeni odvodni priključak u navedeni odvod za tekućinu.
2. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema Zahtjevu 1, gdje navedeni valovod za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR) sadrži prvu (120) i drugu (122) EMR spojnicu izvedenu na predmetnom ulaznom priključku valovoda i izlaznom priključku valovoda, tako da se mogu operativno spregnuti preko čitave širine (W) zapremine reaktora definirane unutar navedene komore (104) reaktora.
3. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema Zahtjevu 2, gdje prvi element (124) sučelja i navedeni drugi element (126) sučelja sadrže dijelove na zidu (103) koji su prilagođeni da budu najmanje djelomično providni za elektromagnetno zračenje unaprijed određene valne dužine.
4. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema Zahtjevu 3, gdje svaki od prvog elementa sučelja i drugog elementa sučelja sadrži dio zida (103) sa otvorom koji ima čep izrađen od materijala koji je najmanje djelomično providan za elektromagnetno zračenje unaprijed određene valne dužine.
5. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 3 do 5, gdje navedeni najmanje jedan valovod za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR) sadrži prvu EMR spojnicu (120) koja je operativno spregnuta sa navedenim ulaznim priključkom valovoda i sa navedenim prvim elementom (124) sučelja, i drugu EMR spojnicu (122) koja je operativno spregnuta sa navedenim izlaznim priključkom valovoda i sa navedenim drugim elementom (126) sučelja.
6. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema bilo kojem prethodnom Zahtjevu, gdje je komora reaktora konfigurirana a unaprijed određena valna dužina odabrana tako da se tokom uporabe generira stojeći val.
7. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema bilo kojem prethodnom Zahtjevu, gdje je unaprijed određena valna dužina između 1 mm i 1 m u predmetnom frekvencijskom spektru od 300 GHz do 300 MHz (mikrovalovi).
8. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema bilo kojem prethodnom Zahtjevu, koji dalje sadrži izvor supstance u obliku tekućine koji je protočnom vezom spojen sa dovodom za tekućinu kako bi osiguralo dovođenje supstance u obliku tekućine koju je potrebno tretirati u navedenoj komori reaktora, gdje je vod za odvod supstance u obliku tekućine protočnom vezom spojen za odvod za tekućinu kako bi se omogućilo da supstanca u obliku tekućine pređe iz i bude odvedena iz navedene komore reaktora, i sklop grijača koji je u protočnoj vezi između izvora supstance u obliku tekućine i komore reaktora i prilagođen da prenese energiju na supstancu u obliku tekućine kako bi se u komoru reaktora isporučila supstanca u obliku tekućine na unaprijed određenoj temperaturi.
9. Uređaj za tretiranje tekućine prema bilo kojem prethodnom Zahtjevu, koji dalje sadrži generator elektromagnetnog zračenja (EMR) namijenjen da generira elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR) unaprijed određene valne dužine operativno spregnuto sa navedenim ulaznim priključkom valovoda, gdje je EMR generator generator mikrovalova i dalje sadrži ulaznu prijenosnu liniju, koja se može operativno spregnuti sa navedenim ulaznim priključkom valovoda navedenog najmanje jednog valovoda za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR), i izlaznu prijenosnu liniju koja se može operativno spregnuti sa navedenim izlaznim priključkom valovoda navedenog najmanje jednog valovoda za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR), gdje su navedeni generator mikrovalova, navedena ulazna prijenosna linija i navedena izlazna prijenosna linija prilagođeni da formiraju zatvoreno EMR kolo sa najmanje jednim valovodom za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR).
10. Postupak za tretiranje supstance u obliku tekućine koji koristi uređaj (100) za tretiranje tekućine prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 10, gdje postupak sadrži:
osiguravanje komore (104) reaktora koja je konfigurirana tako da dovod navedene supstance u obliku tekućine prolazi u i kroz navedenu komoru reaktora;
osiguravanje najmanje jednog valovoda (120, 122) za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR) sa ulaznim priključkom valovoda i izlaznim priključkom valovoda, koji je operativno spregnut unutar navedene komore reaktora i prilagođen da spregne elektromagnetno zračenje unaprijed određene valne dužine sa supstancom u obliku tekućine koja protječe kroz navedenu komoru reaktora;
uzrokovanje da supstanca u obliku tekućine prelazi u i protječe kroz navedenu komoru (104) reaktora;
uzrokovanje da elektromagnetno zračenje prolazi preko najmanje jednog valovoda za elektromagnetno zračenje (EMR) i time se spreže preko komore reaktora.
11. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 10, koji sadrži operativno sprezanje navedenog ulaznog priključka valovoda i navedenog izlaznog priključka valovoda unutar navedene komore reaktora operativnim sprezanjem navedenog ulaznog priključka valovoda i navedenog izlaznog priključka valovoda sa udaljenim lokacijama na ogradnom zidu (103) navedene komore (104) reaktora, tako da budu operativno spregnuti jedan sa drugim preko zapremine reaktora koja je definirana unutar navedene komore reaktora.
12. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 11, koji sadrži operativno sprezanje navedenog ulaznog priključka prvog valovoda i navedenog izlaznog priključka prvog valovoda unutar navedene komore reaktora pomoću optičkog sučelja, na primjer gdje prvi element sučelja i drugi element sučelja sadrže dijelove zida koji su prilagođeni da budu najmanje djelomično providni za elektromagnetno zračenje navedene unaprijed određene valne dužine.
13. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 11 ili 12, koji sadrži generiranje stojećeg vala preko komore reaktora.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 11 do 13, gdje je unaprijed određena valna dužina između 1 mm i 1 m u predmetnom frekvencijskom spektru od 300 GHz do 300 MHz (mikrovalovi).
