Claims (5)
1. Postupak oblikovanja nosača lamela (1, 5, 25) ili nečeg sličnog valjcima, koje se oblikuje s unutarnjim ozupčenjem i s vanjskim ozupčenjem, kao lončasti dio od lima, gdje je više kaseta (34) razmješteno kao jednolično raspodijeljene po obodu alata za oblikovanje valjcima i u njegovoj unutrašnjosti, gdje su razmješteni profilni valjci (21, 22; 27, 29), koje se valja njihovim vanjskim obodom na nosaču lamele kojeg treba oblikovati i na takav način da načine ozupčenje (3, 3a, 6) na nosaču lamele (1, 5, 25) kojeg treba oblikovati, gdje se protudržač smjesti u unutrašnjost nosača lamele (1, 5, 25) i u čijem profilu se obrađuje profil nosača lamele (1, 5, 25), naznačen time što je radna dubljina profilnih valjaka (21, 22; 27, 29) na nosaču lamele (1, 5, 25) kojeg treba oblikovati tako izvedena da uski, kružni, ograničeni neobrađeni most (13) ostaje između unutarnjeg promjera (Y, 14) i vanjskog promjera (X, 15) ozupčenja i koji kao cilindar nosivog obruča (16), integriran u ozupčenje, povećava otpornost na brzinu nosača lamele.
2. Postupak oblikovanja nosača lamela (1, 5, 25) ili nečeg sličnog pod pritiskom, koje se oblikuje s unutarnjim ozupčenjem i s vanjskim ozupčenjem, kao lončasti dio od lima, gdje je više kaseta (34) razmješteno kao jednolično raspodijeljene po obodu alata i u njegovoj unutrašnjosti, gdje su razmješteni pritišćući alati (48) s odgovarajućim jednoprofilnim elementom (49) i oblikovani sa svojim vanjskim obodom na nosaču lamele kojeg treba oblikovati i na takav način da načine ozupčenje (3, 3a, 6) na nosaču lamele (1, 5, 25) kojeg treba oblikovati, gdje se protudržač smjesti u unutrašnjost nosača lamele (1, 5, 25) i u čijem profilu se obrađuje profil nosača lamele (1, 5, 25), naznačen time što je radna dubljina elemenata profila (49) na pritišćućim alatima (48) za nosač lamele (1, 5, 25) kojeg treba oblikovati tako izvedena da uski, kružni, ograničeni neobrađeni most (13) ostaje između unutarnjeg promjera (Y, 14) i vanjskog promjera (X, 15) ozupčenja i koji kao cilindar nosivog obruča (16), integriran u ozupčenje, povećava otpornost na brzinu nosača lamele.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se aksijalnu duljinu cilindra nosivog obruča (16) tako bira da približno odgovara aksijalnoj duljini nosača lamele (1, 5, 25).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 3, naznačen time što prvi komplet profilnih valjaka (31) se upotrebljava u proizvodnji udubljenog područja profila (10) ozupčenja, drugi komplet profilnih valjaka (32) se upotrebljava u proizvodnji ispupčenog područja profila (9) u području vanjskog ozupčenja, a treći komplet profilnih valjaka (33) se upotrebljava za finu obradu, tj. kalibriranje ispupčenih područja profila i udubljenih područja profila (9, 10).
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što se jedan komplet profilnih valjaka upotrebljava kao drugi, a treći komplet profilnih valjaka (32, 33).
