Claims (10)
1. Mineralni sastav za pripremu kalupa za lijevanje, naznačen time što sadrži:
(a) od 20 do 90% po masi gipsa,
(b) od 10 do 75% po masi mineralne komponente na bazi silicijevog dioksida i / ili aluminijevog oksida, i
(c) od 0,5 do 4,8%, poželjno od 1,5 do 4,5%, a posebno od 2 do 4,5% po masi mineralnog praha koji ima toplinsku vodljivost (λ) na 20°C između 20 i 500 W/(m.K) i BET specifičnu površinu sadržanu između 12 i 50 m2/g,
ti se postoci odnose na ukupnu težinu zbroja komponenti (a), (b) i (c).
2. Mineralni sastav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je mineralni prah (c) prah grafita, poželjno ekspandirani grafitni prah ili zbijeni ekspandirani grafitni prah.
3. Mineralni sastav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je srednji promjer (D50) mineralnog praha (c), određen laserskom granulometrijom, sadržan između 5 i 250 µm, poželjno između 10 i 200 µm, a naročito između 20 i 150 µm.
4. Mineralni sastav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je BET specifična površina mineralnog praha (c) sadržana između 15 i 40 m2/g, a posebno između 20 i 30 m2/g.
5. Mineralni sastav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da mineralni prah (c) ima nasipnu gustoću između 0,02 i 0,3 g/cm3, poželjno između 0,03 i 0,2 g/cm3.
6. Mineralni sastav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je mineralna komponenta (b) na bazi silicijevog dioksida i / ili aluminijevog oksida odabrana iz skupine koju čine silicijev dioksid, aluminijev oksid, kordierit ili vatrostalnog šamota na bazi mulita.
7. Mineralni sastav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da on dalje sadrži do 30% težinski jednog ili više drugih aditiva, poželjno odabranih iz skupine sačinjene od staklenih perli, ekspandiranih ili ne, staklenih pahuljica, mineralnih vlakana i vermikulita, po mogućnosti u skupini koju čine ekspandirane staklene kuglice i staklena vlakna.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju kalupa za lijevanje, sadržeći
- miješanje mineralnog sastava prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva s vodom tako da se dobije fluidni sastav,
- izlijevanje fluidnog sastava u kalup koji sadrži model dijela koji se oblikuje,
- postavljanje miješanog sastava i, nakon potpunog stvrdnjavanja,
- uklanjanje modela ili razdvajanje modela i dobivenog kalupa.
9. Kalup za lijevanje koji se može dobiti postupkom prema zahtjevu 8.
10. Kalup za lijevanje prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da ima toplinsku difuzivnost pri sobnoj temperaturi između 0,2 i 2 mm2/s, poželjno između 0,3 i 1,5 mm2/s, posebno između 0,7 i 1,2 mm2/s.
