Claims (14)
1. Strukturno neučinkoviti lijevani dio za pričvršćivanje na zid ili strop zgrade, pri čemu lijevani dio sadrži barem jedno lagano mineralno punilo i jedno vezivno sredstvo,
naznačen time da,
a. lagano mineralno punilo sačinjava 75 do 95 masenih % ukupne mase početnih materijala, te lagano mineralno punilo sadrži pjenaste čestice sa zatvorenom strukturom ćelija i/ili zatvorenu, poželjno staklastu ili sinteriranju sličnu površinu,
b. te nadalje, da vezivno sredstvo tvori 5 do 25 masenih % ukupne mase početnih materijala i sadrži barem jedno organsko vezivno sredstvo, naročito epoksi smolu.
2. Lijevani dio prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da lagano mineralno punilo sadrži 80 do 90 masenih % ukupne mase početnih materijala, te pjenaste čestice sadrže barem jednu vulkansku stijenu bogatu staklom, naročito opsidijan, vermikulit i/ili kamen plovučac.
3. Lijevani dio prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da vezivno sredstvo tvori 10 do 20 masenih % ukupne mase početnih materijala.
4. Lijevani dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da lijevani dio ima nasipnu gustoću od 450 do 750 kg/m3, poželjno 500 do 700 kg/m3, poželjnije 550 do 650 kg/m3.
5. Lijevani dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da lijevani dio ima modul elastičnosti od 1450 do 2000 N/mm2, poželjno 1600 do 1800 N/mm2.
6. Lijevani dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je toplinska vodljivost λ lijevanog dijela <200 mW/(m*K), poželjno <175 mW/(m*K), poželjnije <150 mW/(m*K).
7. Lijevani dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da lijevani dio nije zapaljiv, pri čemu se lijevani dio može klasificirati poželjno u razred zapaljivosti A2 - s1, d0 u skladu s EN 13501-1.
8. Lijevani dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je lijevani dio profiliran, te je pogodan za konstruiranje samonosivih vijenaca, prozorskih klupica, prozorskih lukova, naročito okruglih lukova, košarastih lukova i šiljastih lukova i slično.
9. Lijevani dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je lijevani dio u obliku ploče ili bloka, te je pogodan za izgradnju samonosivih svodova, vrhova stupova, oslonaca za prozorske klupice i slično.
10. Lijevani dio prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je lijevani dio konstruiran kao šuplje tijelo.
11. Postupak za proizvodnju lijevanog dijela prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, u kojem se miješaju barem jedno lagano mineralno punilo i jedno vezivno sredstvo, i smjesa se komprimira tako da tvori lijevani dio u kalupu primjenom pritiska i/ili topline,
naznačen time da se koristi 75 do 95 masenih % barem jednog laganog mineralnog punila i 5 do 25 masenih % barem jednog vezivnog sredstva, svaki u odnosu na ukupnu masu početnih materijala, pri čemu se koriste pjenaste čestice sa zatvorenom strukturom ćelija i/ili zatvorena poželjno staklasta ili sinteriranju slična površina kao lagano mineralno punilo i barem jedno organsko vezivno sredstvo.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da se koristi 80 do 90 masenih % barem jednog laganog mineralnog punila i 10 do 20 masenih % barem jednog vezivnog sredstva, svaki u odnosu na ukupnu masu početnih materijala.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11 ili 12, naznačen time da se koriste pjenaste čestice barem jedne vulkanske stijene bogate staklom, naročito opsidijan, vermikulit i/ili kamen plovučac, kao lagano mineralno punilo i/ili epoksi smola kao vezivno sredstvo.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time da se nakon vađenja iz kalupa lijevani dio reže na odgovarajuću veličinu i/ili se podvrgava daljnjem postupku oblikovanja, poželjno glodanjem.
