Description

Storage container
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a storage container for storing an object to be stored.
The present application claims priority from Japanese patent application No. 2006-145343, filed 2006, 5, 25, 2006, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Background
Conventionally, various storage containers for storing objects have been used. Generally, these storage containers include a drawer and a support portion for storing the drawer. In these storage containers, the following proposals are made: the drawer is provided with a handle rotatably supported and a claw slidably supported in the vertical direction, and a recess of the engaging claw is provided in the body (see, for example, patent document 1: japanese patent application laid-open No. 10-146233). According to such a configuration, the drawer is locked in the main body by fitting the claw portion into the recess. When the handle is held and rotated in the locked state, the claw portion slides downward and is pulled out from the recess, thereby releasing the drawer from being locked.
However, in the storage container having the above-described structure, the rotational movement of the handle is not easily transmitted to the claw portion which linearly slides in the vertical direction, and there is a problem that the lock of the drawer cannot be smoothly released. Such a problem is particularly significant in a drawer made of resin. The reason for this is that, since the resin container is easily deformed during and after processing, even a small deformation claw portion is caught, and the claw portion is difficult to slide.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a storage container in which locking and unlocking of a drawer can be easily performed.
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following devices.
The container of the present invention is a container for storing an object to be stored, and includes: a resin drawer for storing the stored object; a support part supporting the drawer in a slidable manner; a locking mechanism provided at a lower end portion of a front surface of the drawer and locking the drawer in the support portion, the locking mechanism having a movable handle portion and a fitted portion, the movable handle portion being integrally formed of: a base portion; a shaft portion having a rotation axis extending in a direction orthogonal to a sliding direction of the drawer among directions along a bottom surface portion of the drawer; a handle part integrally formed on the front part of the base plate part in the depth direction; a protrusion which is provided integrally with the movable handle portion, protrudes downward of the movable handle portion, and rotates together with the movable handle portion around the rotation axis when the movable handle portion is rotated around the rotation axis; and a biasing member that is provided integrally with the movable handle portion and biases the movable handle portion in a direction in which the movable handle portion is rotated downward about the rotation axis, wherein the fitted portion is provided on the support portion, and is fitted to the protruding portion in a state in which the movable handle portion is disposed at a predetermined rotational position, and the movable handle portion is supported so that one end of the movable handle portion on an inner side in a sliding direction of the drawer is rotatable about the rotation axis of the shaft portion.
In the storage container of the present invention, the movable handle portion has a hook recess portion having an open end directed downward, and a finger is hooked through the open end to slide the drawer, and a front inner wall portion of the hook recess portion is inclined toward a user's front side of the drawer so that the open end is expanded.
In the storage container of the present invention, the movable handle portion has a hook recess having an open end directed downward, and a finger is hooked through the open end to slide the drawer, and a region of the front inner wall portion of the hook recess where the finger is hooked is provided above the rotation axis.
In the storage container of the present invention, the movable handle portion may have a hook recess portion having an open end directed downward, and a finger may be hooked through the open end to slide the drawer, and a length from a front inner wall portion of the hook recess portion to the protrusion may be set smaller than a length from the rotation axis to the protrusion.
In the storage container of the present invention, the support portion may be formed in a rectangular shape, and a back surface of the support portion may be formed substantially flat.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a storage container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a storage container.
The storage container 1 is formed by stacking a plurality of resin rectangular box-shaped containers 2. A top plate 3 is provided on the top surface of the uppermost container 2.
Although the plurality of containers 2 are stacked, since the respective containers 2 have the same structure, one container 2 will be described.
The container 2 includes: a drawer 6 for storing the stored articles; a support 7 for supporting the drawer 6; a locking mechanism 11 for locking the drawer 6 in the support 7.
The drawer 6 is formed in a rectangular shape and is slidably supported by a support portion 7. The sliding direction of the drawer 6 is the front-rear direction of the storage container 1, i.e., the depth direction D. A handle slot 8 is formed at the lower end of the front of the drawer 6.
The support 7 is formed in a rectangular box shape, and is formed with a rectangular opening 12 that opens one long-side surface portion. The drawer 6 is slidably fitted into the opening 12.
Further, the lock mechanism 11 in the present embodiment includes a movable handle portion 13 made of resin provided to the handle cutout groove 8.
As shown in fig. 2, the movable handle portion 13 has a rectangular plate-shaped base plate portion 16. A shaft portion 18 protruding in the width direction W of the storage container 1 is integrally formed on the inner side in the depth direction D of both side edge portions of the base plate portion 16. A handle portion 26 formed in a chevron shape is formed integrally with the front portion of the base plate portion 16 in the depth direction D. The handle portion 26 is formed with a hook recess 17 having an open end 21 facing downward. Further, by inserting a finger into the hook recess 17 through the open end 21, the finger can be hooked. At this time, the front inner wall 22 in the hook recess 17 is located above the shaft 18 in a side view in a region where a finger is hooked, that is, the hook portion 23. The hook portion 23 constitutes a part of the front inner wall portion 22. The front inner wall portion 22 is formed to be inclined so that the dimension in the depth direction D gradually increases downward. That is, the lower end side of the front inner wall portion 22 is closer to the user's front side than the upper end side.
Further, a leaf spring (urging member) 27 is integrally formed at the upper end of the grip portion 26. As shown in fig. 3, the leaf spring 27 is disposed between the upper end of the handle portion 26 and the upper end surface 8a in the handle notch 8, and urges the movable handle portion 13 downward.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, a protrusion 28 protruding downward is integrally formed in the vicinity of the grip portion 26 on the back surface of the base plate portion 16. That is, the length d1 from the front inner wall 22 to the protrusion 28 as viewed from the side is set to be smaller than the length d2 from the shaft 18 to the protrusion 28 as viewed from the side.
The movable handle portion 13 is a single member in which the base portion 16, the shaft portion 18, the handle portion 26, the leaf spring 27, and the protruding portion 28 are integrally formed of resin.
According to the above configuration, the shaft portion 18 is fitted into the hole portion 31 (shown in fig. 4) formed in the handle notch 8, whereby the movable handle portion 13 is rotatably supported about the rotation axis L passing through the shaft portion 18. When the movable handle portion 13 is rotated, the protrusion 28 is also rotated about the rotation axis L. The rotation axis L is an axis extending along the width direction W of the storage container 1 in the direction of the bottom surface of the drawer 6, that is, in a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction (depth direction D) of the drawer 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the restriction plates 14 are integrally formed at both ends of the handle portion 26 in the width direction. The regulating plate 14 abuts against the upper surfaces of the support plate portions 15 formed at both ends in the width direction of the handle cutout groove 8. Further, the rotation of the movable handle portion 13 beyond a predetermined angle to the outside of the handle cutout groove 8 is restricted by the contact of the restricting plate 14 with the support plate portion 15.
As shown in fig. 5, a recess to be fitted (fitted portion) 33 is formed in the center of the lower frame portion 32 of the opening 12 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 6, in a natural state where the drawer 6 is pushed into the support portion 7 and the finger is not hooked in the hook recess 17, the leaf spring 27 pushes the movable handle portion 13 downward, and the protrusion 28 is fitted in the fitted recess 33. Thereby, the drawer 6 is locked within the support 7. On the other hand, when the movable handle portion 13 is rotated upward against the urging force of the leaf spring 27, the protruding portion 28 is pulled out from the fitted recess 33, and the locked state of the drawer 6 is released. When the drawer 6 is locked, the arrangement and rotation position of the movable handle 13 is the lock position R, and when the locked state of the drawer 6 is released from the lock position R, the arrangement and rotation position of the movable handle 13 is the lock release position U.
As shown in fig. 5, the lower frame portion 32 is formed with a long groove 37 extending over the entire length of the longitudinal dimension thereof. A reinforcing plate 38 made of resin and extending in a plate shape is fitted into the long groove 37 in a state where a short side portion thereof faces in the vertical direction. In fig. 5, reference numeral 36 denotes a reinforcing rib for reinforcement.
As shown in fig. 7, the bottom surface (back surface) 39 of the support 7 is formed substantially flat to such an extent that the articles stored in the drawer 6 therebelow are not scraped.
The operation of the container 1 in the present embodiment will be described below.
In a state where the drawer 6 is slid toward the front side of the user, the stored object is placed in the drawer 6, and then the drawer 6 is pushed into the support portion 7, whereby the stored object is stored in the storage container 1.
When the drawer 6 is pushed into the support portion 7, the movable handle portion 13 is urged by the leaf spring 27 and is disposed at the lock position R. Therefore, the drawer 6 is locked sufficiently by the projection 28 being fitted into the fitted recess 33.
The process from this state to the drawing-out of the drawer 6 to the user's near side is as follows. That is, a finger is inserted into the hook recess 17 to hook the hook portion 23. When the user pulls his or her finger forward with a predetermined force, the front inner wall portion 22 is inclined so that the dimension in the depth direction gradually increases downward (the lower end side of the front inner wall portion 22 is closer to the user forward side than the upper end side), and a clockwise force acts on the movable grip portion 13, so that the movable grip portion 13 is rotated upward about the rotation axis L against the biasing force of the leaf spring 27. At this time, since the protruding portion 28 is provided integrally with the movable grip portion 13, the protruding portion 28 rotates about the rotation axis L. Thereafter, when the movable handle portion 13 is disposed at the unlocking position U, the protrusion 28 is pulled out from the fitted recess 33, and the drawer 6 is unlocked. Therefore, when the user continues to pull his finger to the user's front side, the drawer 6 slides to the user's front side.
Further, when the movable grip portion 13 is rotated from the lock position R to the unlock position U, the hook portion 23 is disposed above the shaft portion 18, and therefore, the rotation movement can be performed more smoothly with a small force.
When the protrusion 28 is formed at a position near the shaft portion 18, a larger amount of movement is required to completely pull out the protrusion 28 from the fitting recess 33, but in the present embodiment, the protrusion 28 is provided near the grip portion 26, so that the protrusion 28 can be pulled out with a smaller amount of movement. Also, the protrusion 28 rotationally moves more linearly due to being disposed in the vicinity of the grip portion 26.
Further, since the reinforcing plate 38 is provided in the lower frame portion 32 of the support portion 7, deformation of the opening portion 12 during and after processing can be prevented. In this case, since the short side portion of the reinforcing plate 38 faces in the vertical direction, the deformation of the opening 12 in the vertical direction can be more effectively prevented.
Further, since the back surface 39 of the support portion 7 is formed substantially flat, the clothes and the like stored in the drawer 6 disposed therebelow do not scrape the back surface 39, and the drawer 6 can slide smoothly.
As described above, according to the storage container 1 of the present embodiment, when the movable handle portion 13 is rotated about the rotation axis L, the protrusion 28 rotates together with the movable handle portion 13, so that the loss from the rotation of the movable handle portion 13 to the rotation of the protrusion 28 can be reduced and smoothly continued. Therefore, the drawer 6 can be easily locked and unlocked.
Further, since the front inner wall portion 22 is inclined so that the dimension in the depth direction gradually increases downward (the lower end side of the front inner wall portion 22 is closer to the user front side than the upper end side), a clockwise turning force acts on the movable handle portion 13, and the movable handle portion 13 can be turned upward by pulling the hook portion 23 forward of the user without intentionally raising the movable handle portion 13 upward. Therefore, the locking of the drawer 6 can be smoothly released and the drawer can be slid by simply pulling the handle portion 26 in the direction in which the drawer 6 is slid.
Further, since the hook portion 23 is disposed above the shaft portion 18, the movable handle portion 13 can be smoothly rotated and slid with a small force, and the drawer 6 can be more easily unlocked.
Further, since the protruding portion 28 is provided in the vicinity of the grip portion 26, the protruding portion 28 can be pulled out from the fitting recess 33 only by slightly rotating the movable grip portion 13.
Further, since the protrusion 28 is provided in the vicinity of the grip portion 26, the protrusion 28 can be more linearly rotated and moved, and the protrusion 28 can be easily moved into and out of the fitted recess 33.
Further, since the reinforcing plate 38 is provided on the lower frame portion 32 of the support portion 7, deformation of the opening portion 12 can be prevented during and after processing, and the drawer 6 can be smoothly slid over a long period of time. Further, since the short side of the reinforcing plate 38 faces the vertical direction, the portion of the reinforcing plate 38 with high rigidity can be aligned with the vertical direction, and deformation of the opening 12 in the vertical direction can be effectively prevented, as compared with the case where the reinforcing plate 38 is disposed so that the short side faces the horizontal direction. Further, since the recess to be fitted 33 and the reinforcing plate 38 are both provided in the lower frame portion 32, the recess to be fitted 33 can be prevented from being deformed in the vertical direction, and the locking or unlocking of the drawer 6 can be reliably performed over a long period of time.
Further, since the bottom surface portion 39 of the support portion 7 is formed substantially flat, the clothes and the like stored in the drawer 6 disposed therebelow can be prevented from being scraped to the bottom surface portion 39, and the drawer 6 can be smoothly slid.
Further, since the movable grip portion 13 is integrally formed as one component, the structure can be simplified.
In the present embodiment, the container 2 is formed by stacking a plurality of containers, and the number of the containers can be changed as appropriate. For example, the container 2 may be one.
Further, the bottom surface portion 39 of the support portion 7 is formed to be substantially flat, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in fig. 8, a back surface opening portion 43 may be formed in the bottom surface portion 39 so as to extend over substantially the entire surface of the support portion 7 with a central portion thereof left. The rear opening 43 is formed in a rectangular shape, and 2 openings are formed in the width direction of the support portion 7. This can reduce the weight of the entire container 2 and the cost.
Further, although the reinforcing plate 38 is made of resin, it is not limited thereto, and the material thereof may be appropriately changed to, for example, metal.
The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made without departing from the main spirit of the present invention.

The invention provides a storage container which can easily lock and unlock a drawer, and thus can be used.
