Abstract
The present invention refers to a drying and chemical decomposition method of a special pulpous form of materials that consists of a mix of organic and inorganic solid materials (and, preferably, in micronised state) and water, called Hydrated Carbonated Condensates (HCC). The assembly for the performance of the said method consists of a drying chamber (10)-within which the HCC (11) are dehydrated-and of a gasifier (1) that is a device for the production of poor gas, through the passage of oxygen and super-heated vapours from fervid carbons. The drying chamber and the gasifier are so arranged that thermal loads are transferred from the one to the other, through a suitable liquid means. The gasifier has an inlet duct (5) and an outlet duct (55), whereas, in the interior it has a fireproof focal point (3). In the focal point (3) of the gasifier a quantity of carbon is placed, that is inflamed from a current of oxygen containing mix of gases and water vapours that is inserted in the focal point (3) of the gasifier (1) through the inlet duct (5). The formed poor gas, having a high temperature due to its formation conditions, outflows from the gasifier (1) through the outlet duct (55) having, in the meantime, given a part of its thermal load to the said liquid means. Through suitable in-between assemblies, this thermal load is transferred to the drying chamber (10) where it is received from the HCC (11) that are found in its interior.
