Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αφορά σε μια βελτιωμένη γεωμετρία ενθέτου, το οποίο αποτελεί βασικό κατασκευαστικό χαρακτηριστικό των στοιχείων μεμβρανών σπειροειδούς μορφής, και σε μεθόδους παραγωγής του. Η βελτιωμένη γεωμετρία ενθέτου χαρακτηρίζεται από κόμβους σφαιρικής ή σφαιροειδούς μορφής κατανεμημένους έτσι ώστε τα κέντρα των τεσσάρων πλησιέστερων κόμβων να βρίσκονται στο ίδιο επίπεδο, αποτελώντας τις ακμές ενός παραλληλογράμμου. Οι κόμβοι συνδέονται μεταξύ τους με εύκαμπτα κυλινδρικά ή άλλου σχήματος τμήματα σχηματίζοντας ένα επίπεδο δικτυωτό. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει δύο μεθόδους παραγωγής. Στη μέθοδο Α υπάρχουν δύο επίπεδες πλάκες με κατάλληλες εγχαράξεις έτσι ώστε, όταν οι δύο εγχαραγμένες πλάκες είναι σε επαφή, η παραγωγή του ενθέτου πραγματοποιείται με έγχυση κατάλληλου πολυμερικού τήγματος. Η μέθοδος Β βασίζεται σε δύο όμοιους κυλίνδρους με κατάλληλες εγχαράξεις έτσι ώστε, όταν βρίσκονται σε επαφή και περιστρέφονται με ίση ταχύτητα και αντίθετη φορά, ενώ γίνεται ταυτόχρονα έγχυση τήγματος κατά μήκος της γενέτειράς τους, να διαμορφώνεται και παράγεται το καινοτόμο πλέγμα.
