Abstract

Εργαλείο (1) με το οποίο διαμορφώνεται οπή (4) στην περιφέρεια διαμπερούς ανοίγματος (3) επιφάνειας (2), κατάλληλη για την υποδοχή τυποποιημένου πώματος πωματισμού ακριβείας του διαμπερούς ανοίγματος, το οποίο αποτελείται από κυλινδρικό κορμό (6) με απόληξη άξονος (8) εφαρμογής σε μέσο παροχής περιστροφικής κίνησης και έτερη απόληξη κοπτικής κεφαλής (8a) με τριγωνική περιμετρική οδόντωση και οδηγητική κεφαλή (10), η οποία συναρμόζεται σταθερά στο στόμιο του ανοίγματος (17) της κοπτικής κεφαλής (8a), που η διαμόρφωση της οπής (4) συνίσταται στην εισχώρηση ενός πρώτου κυλινδρικού τμήματος (10a) της οδηγητικής κεφαλής (10) στο διαμπερές άνοιγμα (3) για την ευθυγράμμιση και σταθεροποίηση του εργαλείου (1) και την έναρξη περιστροφής του κυλινδρικού κορμού (6) για την εισχώρηση της κοπτικής κεφαλής (8a) εντός του ανοίγματος (3) και τη διαμόρφωση της οπής υποδοχής πώματος (4) σε βάθος που ορίζεται από το πρόβολο μήκος της κοπτικής κεφαλής (8a) από περιμετρικό δακτύλιο (7) στην περίμετρο του κορμού (6).
