Abstract

Metallic surfaces cleaned down by a mechanism blasting sand and/or water on them. There is a crane equipped with hoisting arms (2) on the ends of which exists the small chamber (6) having on the front part bottom a steel bar (7) in the shape of the surface to be cleaned; this bar bears a plurality of water guns or sand nozzles of various calibre as the case may be; the guns and nozzles can be replaced by rotating disks whereto nozzles or guns of different calibre can be attached, as the necessity dictates. The whole system, being composed of a mechanical, hydraylic, robotic or pneumatic arrangements, will be able to clean quickly large surfaces. Said mechanism has an air-compression and sand-suction system as well as an air-compression system designed to blast water.
