Abstract
A method for receiving textile fiber from basalt stone provides melting of raw materials in the combustion environment of mixture of natural gas and an air, electrolysis of molten metal with graphite electrodes, homogenization, accumulation and further mass supply to fiber formation nodes; at that, the homogenization of electrolyzed mass and the maintenance of desired temperature to obtain the textile fiber is executed by passing of alternating current between two parallel rows of graphite electrodes, in the melt; at that, the ratio between these electrodes and forming nodes is n2= 4n1+4; wherein: n1 is the number of fiber forming nodes, and n2 is the number of graphite electrodes. At that, alternating current having a frequency of 50 Hz, the power whereof is regulated within 8 ± 0.5 kW/h, supplement to the graphite electrodes is executed, the nodes of fiber formation are symmetrically located between the graphite electrodes, and the limit of homogenization of melt is no less than 0.25 m from the electrode. s
