Abstract
A device includes cutting needle 1, which one end is projected from device, and another is rigidly connected to pipe 3 one end by means of holder 2. Pipe another end is rigidly connected to electromotor 5. A piston 6 is allocated on pipe outer surface with capability of free motion along thereof. A needle 7 is placed in the pipe. Needle one end 8 is rigidly connected to the piston, and another 9 is allocated in cutting needle channel with capability of free motion therein. The pipe has a window 10 disposed remotely from the piston allocated on the pipe. A spring 11 is allocated on the pipe. The spring with its one end is supported on the piston, and with another – on constraining ring 12. All listed movable parts are placed in the case 16 having two openings, one 17 wherefrom is located in front of the piston, and another 18 – after it. The piston is connected to sucking system.
