A wheeled unit for raising and supporting the rear end of a body provided with abutments 7 and 12 comprises at least one triangular framework 1, 2, 4 having pins 11 at the apex, and jaws 6 formed as extensions of the members 2. Raising the body is effected by the jack 19 having a piston rod 18 carrying a pulley 17 over which the cable 14 passes, the cable being attached at 15 to the upright 1 and at 16 to the load. The forward end of the body 8 may be supported on a fifth wheel by a triangulated structure 26, 27, 29 engaging pins 32 secured to the body. Specification 409,515 is referred to.
